76. He already got his butt thrown out of the Appeals Court in the Bahamas, who told him he had wasted their time and sanctioned him $10,000. He can sue all he wants, but he won't win unless someone knowingly lied about him. Truth is the defense in a defemation lawsuit. And the truth is: Howard had the drugs prescribed to Anna in his name and in his control. Look at the "clown video"! She was clueless! And he was there, videotaping her, asking her if she was on a mushroom trip and telling her that the footage was worth money. All the while she is 8 months pregnant! And the truth is: Danny hated Howard and had contacted a private detective Jack Harding with his grave concerns about Howard controlling his mother and keeping her on drugs. He told Mr. Harding that Howard kept him away from his mother, would hang up on him when he called, etc. And don't forget, Howard is trying to block the inquest into Daniel's death because he KNOWS he will be implicated with contributing to his death and most likely spend some time in a place much less desirable than the Horizons mansion where he has been squatting...someplace called JAIL! The more Howard keeps squirming, the more guilty he looks. Just stop it already, Stern!

82. To win a defamation lawsuit requires proving that the defendant repeated an untruth which caused monetary damage to the person suing.
What untruth has any media source repeated?
What monetary damages did Stern experience?
If anything, the media attention is helping him: he is still riding the waves of hanger-on fame two months after his sugar-mama's death.
This is all posturing and an effort to artificially delay the inevitable: Stern being kicked off the Anna Nicole gravy train and back into his parents' basement.

84. I'm totally amazed how anyone in their right mind can honestly without reservation, wholeheartedly support a man that has been PROVEN to be an enabler. Someone that was in his own word, "the caretaker" of two young people that are now DEAD from 7 drugs that were prescribed in HIS name. I didn't say that he exactly murdered them, but he sure NEVER stepped in to try to stop the drug flow. If anything, he encouraged it by the sheer fact he allowed his name on the drugs. Yes, I THINK HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR 2 PEOPLE DYING, directly or indirectly. SUE ME...

I do not belive the the media has said that he is guilty of murder.They are just talking about the Ana case should have not been closed so quickly...I belive that the only concern the media has is that drugs Ana had in her system should be re-open for further investigation. Is Howard and Team thinking of suing everybody that do not agree with them? Also I can't help but to say out loud as to where he gets the money to keep getting more lawyers to his team. Please Howard and Team......give us a little something here, if you don't work how are you paying for it all?

87. This snake has more nerve than I ever imagined he was capable of. He's out there spending all of the money that most likely belongs to DannieLynn. Where else is he getting money for all of this litigation other than the estate? Look what Larry Birkhead's ONE attorney has charged him and that's for one part of this dog and pony show. Howard has it coming from the DNA/paternity side, the inquest of Daniel side and the GET YOUR SORRY ASS OUT OF MY HOUSE side. how is he paying for this other than selling off Anna's image and God only knows what else that he has skimmed from her - dead and alive?

88. Hello folks, lets think about this...HKS lives in the Bahamas, they do not let U.S. lawyers into the courts to practice...so how can this be done??? Even if that eviction from Horizons EVER COMES TO PASS, do you really thing that HKS would leave the Bahamas if the baby, ANS and DWS are still there.....and, HKS was the media junkie who was taking all the videos and selling them, signing all the exclusive contracts with ET and Insider to explot ANS and DWS funeral, death, ect. He is the one who put himself out there, as the enabler, and controller....and now he wants to sue.....and the scripts are in HIS NAME and he keeps appealing to delay the inquest, and will more than likely appeal the DNA findings. He set himself up for whatever anyone has to say about him, and I guess he will wind up sueing himself.....he done it all fer sure.....and yes, where is he getting all the money for this? He is selling pictures of the baby....today they said, if there is fault found for cause of death for Daniel, an arrest. If not a Bahaman, then jail so that the person can not flee the juristiction. MMMMMM, very interesting. Wouldn't that be sweet.....jail....or drop dead, pick one, both work for me.
