And #69 I have no doubt that Vanessa is not posting negative comments about Jessica because I think the majority of people are not into a selfish ditz like Jessica. And I think John Mayer reads TMZ too because he loves the Internet and has his handy dandy BlackBerry device to cruise the Internet. #73 No one cared about Jessica either until she married Nick because he was from the popular 98 Degrees, and Nick is handsome and talented. #73 No one said that Nick was perfect, but he has good character and was a caring, patient, and loving husband as we learned watching the Newly Weds. And Jessica was the cute blonde ditz, self absorbed, shopaholic, and slob. And Jessica does not want to talk about her divorce because she is the one that tore the marriage apart and ripped Nick's heart out. I think Nick being honest about his divorce and writing a song about it has helped a lot of people get through their nightmare divorces too. Jessica divorced Nick for selfish reasons. And Jessica will tolerate John’s quirky behavior because he has a lot of money and Jessica still has a lot of shopping to do. My best to Vanessa and Nick.

78. Oh please, stop acting like you know everything that went on in their marriage. Do you know they personally? None of us know what really happened and we never will. Neither of them are perfect. I'm sure Jessica did not leave him for minor things like not going to Africa. If she was so bad then why did Nick cry like a baby when she left him? It takes two and they both wanted out. Nick even said they probally would not of made it work even if they were farmers in Iowa. It's funny how heartbroken Nick was able to move on so fast.

As far as Jessica following John, who cares? She has enough money in the bank to do whatever she wants (do you?). She just finished a movie and is on a break. She's with John 24/7. Nick would just fly Vanessa in for the night, screw her Asian ass, then send her packing in the am.

84. Nick loves the ladies. All through their marriage there have been reports of his wandering eye. He even tried cheating on Vanessa when a Jessica Simpson look-alike was at a club with them.

85. Jessica had to put up with all the put-downs from Nick & all his controlling ways. Jessica worked real hard & she should have been able to spend her money anyway she wanted. She was always shopping because Nick was always watching his sports. He paid no attention to Jessica. Jessica is so much happier now and she is free of all of Nick's fooling around. Nick is good-looking but has a huge wide nose. John has it all with looks talent & suppose to be very funny. They both make eachother laugh. It was not this way with Nick & Jessica. Jessica came out on top while Nick is with a gold digger who now has a career thanks to Nick. She reminds me of a witch. Nick was on to the next bimbo before his seperation papers were even in the mail! What a jerk! Hate him!

86. I think Jessica looks really happy! Hope it lasts. I'm a Nick fan, also. I don't care who cheated but i would like to see them re-marry! I went to a Nick concert last year. It was not the greatest concert ever but he was hot and sounded great. The majority of the auidence was under 21, a few old ladies. After the show, Nick and Vanessa were hanging out in the hotel bar. My friend and I (both pretty, young blondes) went over to Nick and told him how we loved the concert. We were not flirting (he was polite and nice, kind of flirty). Vanessa sat there giving us the evil eye making all of us uncomfortable. I hear she's known to be jealous of Nick's fans but she needs to get used to it. Don't date a hottie like Nick if you can't handle the attention he gets!

87. #84 Quit trying to defend Jessica’s selfish ways. Everyone should have a hobby and Nick likes to golf and watch sports. Jessica has no hobbies except for being self absorbed and shallow. Jessica loves to shop and shop and shop. Nick never cheated on Jessica but there have been reports that Jessica cheated on Nick. Jessica divorced Nick because she thought she could do better and she did not want to share her movie money with Nick. Jessica left Nick, a man who waited until they were married to have sex. John would not do such a thing, and I know Jessica is doing everything she can for John in bed because she does not want to lose her cash cow. Don’t forget that JESSICA WAS A NOBODY until she married 98 Degree singer Nick. And why shouldn’t Nick start dating as soon as possible. Divorce is final; it does not mean that maybe they will get back together. What do you expect him to do, mope and stare at Jessica’s picture? Nick has a huge female fan base and they all would love to be with him. If making excuses for superficial and selfish Jessica make you happy, then continue to lie to yourself. The majority of comments here do not like Jessica for good reasons.
