Medical Board Investigates Second Anna Doc

1636. Howard K. Stern will not stand in Larry Birkhead's way if the DNA tests show Birkhead is Dannielynn's father, this according to unimpeachable sources.

These sources have issued the following statement to TMZ:

"If Larry Birkhead is confirmed to be Dannielynn's biological father, Howard will not challenge custody. His love for her will not change, irrespective of the results. Howard will act in Dannielynn's best interest, because he loves her and would want a smooth transition to protect her, as she is deeply bonded to those who have been with her since birth.

While Howard continues to believe and hope that he is Dannielynn's biological father, he wants to be involved in her life, regardless of paternity. He wants to share the memories of her mother as the person who knew Anna best and all she wanted for Dannielynn.

Howard will do whatever is necessary to assist Larry Birkhead to defeat any effort by Virgie Arthur to obtain custody of Dannielynn.

Howard was not part of the paternity lawsuit filed while Anna Nicole was alive. The first person to challenge Howard on custody was Virgie Arthur -- not Larry Birkhead. Howard is dedicated to Virgie Arthur not having custody of Dannielynn. He is well aware of how Anna Nicole felt about 'Mommy Dearest' and Anna's feelings were clear regarding Virgie Arthur being anywhere near Dannielynn.

Speculation that this is somehow about money for Howard is misguided and wrong. Howard has never made a TV or book deal even though he is the one who knew Anna Nicole best.

Howard wants Anna Nicole to be remembered as an icon like Marilyn Monroe, and he knows a lot of damage has been done to her image in the past two months. This restoration of Anna's image is important for Dannielynn and the views she will have of her mother as she grows up. He also wants to make sure that only Dannielynn profits from Anna Nicole's name, likeness and estate. As TMZ reported earlier, the money from Anna Nicole's funeral went to a trust set up for Dannielynn. Howard set up the trust but he does not, and will not, receive any money from it and is not the trustee."

TMZ has confirmed that DNA results will be revealed in court on Tuesday in the Bahamas. Stern and Birkhead will both be present. Arthur is also expected to be there.

1637. I have said from the beginning that HKS killed anna nicole and daniel. He took a pregnant anna to the bahamas, apparently kept her drugged up so he would have total control of her and the majority of anything she said, recorded her high on drugs 8 months pregnant, who knows maybe daniel started getting in his way, Daniel died after she gave birth, her will had left everything to Daniel, Danny lynn the only living heir to anna nicole is now in the bahammas where her Biological father has no rights and the father listed on the birth certificate is HKS, which the bahamas recognizes as the legal father. He planned this out pretty well, and not daniel or even anna nicole was going to get int he way of the millions and millions that HKS wanted to control.

She trusted you while you slowly loaded her up on drugs that you knew could kill her. Anna didn't realize the effects. She trusted you as a friend to look out for her best interest. He is not trying to keep Virgie out of Dannielynn's life he is trying to create a diversion...away from himself!

Quick blame somebody else...HKS is trying to play the victum role. BUT HE IS THE PERP!
If he just talks long enough and points at someone else he thinks we won't remember that EVERYTHING points to him.

Virgie was not liked by HKS because she could not be snowed by his BS. She saw him for exactly what he was and still is...a SOCIOPATH, incapable of loving anyone!

ALL THIS...for a 5 second swab of a babie's cheek.

If he doesn't run to a country that does not have an extradition treaty with the US and if he comes back to the USA, I'm sure there will be lots of people who will be glad he's back...you know like all of the folks at the FBI, DEA, IRS, USPS, FLORIDA DA, CALIFORNIA DA, CALIFORNIA BAR, I am sure there will be many more to greet him.

1642. Sad at the depths people will go to just to remain "connected" to someone famous. I think Khris prescribed all the drugs to Anna just to maintain status. (I mean, she had just gotten fired.) And who knows what the relationship was between Khris and Howard? Maybe they cooked up a deal between the two of them to profit from the sad life, that was Anna Nicole's.

1643. I'd like to know why it took so long for them to finally investigate this quack.

I feel that the pharmacy should have reported her a long time ago afterall they filled the prescriptions without questioning why so many drugs in the same family class were all being prescribed at the same time.

I'd also like to know why the shrinks husband wired sooooooo much money to Howard, why hasn't someone questioned that? I know that it was brought up a couple of times on Nancy Grace and Greta but nothing more to my knowledge was ever said about it.

I also think that 2 doses were given to Anna that day of the Chloral Hydrate. Howard probably gave her a dose at 10am and then around noon Moe's wife gave her a dose too. Afterall Dr.Perper stated that the drug had to have been administered shortly before her death. I find it hard to believe that it took over 3 hours to act considering it's in liquid form and it takes about 45 minutes to go from your stomach through your system, so a dose at 10am would've stopped her breathing long before 1:30. Dr. Perper stated that they found the meds administed by the paramedics in her system which would not have been the case if she was already dead.

1644. That Doctor knew exactly what she was doing ie. getting drugs to an addict. I doubt very much that Anna was "forced" into taking pills. She was, plain and simply an addict. Stern was following in her footsteps. When the Anna show first aired he looked much less crazy than lately. His face seems more bloated and his eyes look intoxicated. I actually thought at one time he kept Anna in line! I wonder if that's the way it started? Anyway, I'm betting Birkhead is the dad. I sure hope so because he is the least crazy of the two.

1645. I don't know or even care what HKS sisters name is but she needs to know that she can't make Dannielynn her brothers baby by pointing out all the phyiscal changes this child goes through. Hair color doesn't determine ones parent nor does eye color. When I was born I had one brown eye and one blue eye. Later in life they were both brown. My hair was almost white but later turned brown.
I don't think the Stern family really knows who or what their brother and son Howard is
or capable of. I cannot believe that Stern has not been ordered to be drug tested from taking urine to taking hair samples to determine how long ago he has been taking them,the last time any was taken and what kinds of drugs. When he was filming Anna and asking her if she were on a mushroom high while carrying Dannielynn showed that he didn't find anything wrong with her being drugged up and if she had been on mushrooms he wouldn't have been anymore concerned than he was while taping her each and everytime.. Why did he feel the need to put all this on tape...besides the money part..if that is possible.....why would he do that . He knew that as long as he made sure Anna had drugs , she would let him stay. Without the drugs he would have been pushed out like Larry. But that does not justify Sterns actions and his part in making sure she had them . I truly believe that Stern Gave Anna the drug that killed helped kill her. He wouldn't have felt he had to go back up the room when he seen her body guard was back. He wouldn't have turned around and gotten back on the elevator and go back to the room just to tell them Anna was still sleeping and pace the floor for 20 minutes before leaving to get that boat. Don't you See...he had to get that boat. He can't expect anyone to believe he didn't check on Anna before he left . Just Because she was so sick and as close to Anna as he says he was and the love he had for her he would have had to check on Anna off and on all morning and before he walked out the door just to make sure she was okay or needed anything. And I don't mean just walk to the bed and look down at her...Stern would have bent over and laid his hand on her and spoken to her to make sure she wasn't just laying there with her eyes shut . NO...Stern knew and Stern got scared....and Stern still needed to pick up that boat Anna had just paid for before anyone found out she had died.. What is Stern going to do now...he can't say the boat is his just because Anna bought it for them...they weren't married...Everything there is is Dannielynns and if Stern touches anything he can be taken to court and made to replace any and all.
As for the dairies Stern claims to have been stolen...it has been said that they were found in the garbage....is it beyond the relm of things that with all Stern has been able to do and manipulate is it possible that he gave those diaries to someone to sell for him for a fee and had them sign an agreement not to disclose who or where they really got them. One person showed they had the diaries on the news last night and when asked did they really believe they were gotten out of the garbage the person said I didn't say they were found in the garbage. Like he knew they weren't found in the trash. Also the samething goes with Annas paintings that seemed to have disappeared. See...if they were stolen or said to be stolen then any monies made of the sellings of these things could be pocketed and no one would be the wiser of it happened to be Sterns pockets. Just seems that since the owners of the house and friends of Annas took her computer because she asks them to for one reason or the other...when Stern found this out...no better time to take advantage of it and make it look like they took everything else. Even if her friend the owner of that house had taken them they surely would not have thrown them in the trash. Common sense tells you that. And they would not have put them up for sell. Not this soon ..no way..not after taking Annas computer and they did turn what they had gotten over to the police. This to me is just another way for Stern to cry wolf and claim another injustice is being done not just to Anna but to him. ...and another chance to file law suits. I can't think of anyone that would hire Stern even with a lawyers degree after what he has pulled.

1646. Ana was out of her mind with illness, a 105 degree temp. and had the "so called nurse/wife of her bodyguard watching over her. How was she watching over her when if not mistaken i heard that the nurse had friends over entertaining as Ana laid dying in the bed (or in the nurse's words.............taking a nap)? Then when she is discovered by same person (nurse), she sees she's not breathing and gives CPR on the bed? C'mon now!!!!!!! I am a nurse aide and I Know that you have to CPR on a flat, hard surface. She finally calls her hubby before calling 911 which wastes more precious time. not to mention something was si\aid about Ana hitting her head in the bathroom the morning of her death i think. why would you give or let a person take medicine after hitting their head and you are a nurse? Why would you allow that person to lie down and nap ( I was always told by my mom that after hitting your head, lying down would make you sleepy and you might not wake up because you could have a possible head injury). why was Ana not given immediate medical attention after the head incident? why wasn't she supervised when she was in the bathroom to try and prevent the accident if their was supervision by a trained medical person present? Something smells funky..............and HKS is involved...........the medicine with his name on it says it all.

1647. I have followed this since Anna died...everyone here is just wanting to pin her death on someone....just anyone....well here goes this is my theory. I think Anna had a medical condition that no one wants to talk about, not the doctors, not howard and likely no one else knows about it. Everyone is very easy to say that she was just hooked on drugs and Howard was enabling her to take as much as she wanted..........first....Topiramate....not just used for weight loss and migranes, Klonipin.....not just for anxiety but helps treat depression....ativan...for immediate help with anxiety, benadryl..antihstamine....only kind that a person with her disorder can take. Cloral Hydrate......sleeping medication....not the best choice but it works. I would say that Anna was suffering from a BIPOLAR DISORDER.....why....these are the drugs that are given to some individuals to treat them, most sleeping medications don't work. Some people also take anti seizure medication is also given. Once you have been diagnosed BIPOLAR people tend to look at you in a different light, you are not the same and usually you do want that to be kept very private.
Over the past months, reading, watching the various tv programs and watching Anna's performance at different functions I realized that she was functioning like a person with the disorder. If this is the case the prescriptions in Howards name make sense, he was trying to protect her from anyone finding out.......possibly her doctor was trying to do the same. I doubt if any of us will ever really know the truth. Re-read the autopsy report and the examination of the brain........look up the explanation of bipolar disorder....it all fits even her use of methadone.........drug use, extravagant spending, promiscuity, alcohol misuse etc...............depression.......thoughts of suicide.......just someone look it up.
I also believe that Howard believed that the baby was his, now that he knows for certain that it is not he will hand it over................................I speak of all this from first hand knowledge as I have a daughter very much like Anna and I pray every day that the same thing does not happen to her that has happened to Anna.
