New testimony indicates that Shane Gibson knowingly and willingly violated immigration laws to illegally accommodate Anna Nicole Smith and Howard Stern. Two former nannies to the late Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter have come forward to correct statements attributed to them, and to make additional charges in the affair that is grabbing headlines around the world. Ms Quethlie Alexis and Mrs Nadine Alexie, both represented by their attorney Elizabeth Thompson, of Elizabeth E M Thompson & Co, have recently sworn affidavits contradicting a previous affidavit attributed to Ms Alexis regarding the relationship between Ms Smith, and the former Minister of lmmigration Shane Gibson, and the former playmate's relationship with Howard K Stern. Both affidavits were signed and sworn on March 30, 2007. During their tenure at Horizon's, Ms Alexis and Mrs Alexie report that they worked from 8:00am to 10:00pm and from 10:00pm to 8:00am respectively. The two former employees claim to have intimate knowledge of the workings of the home, who visited, the state of mind of Anna Nicole and her health, her interaction with Mr Stern, and that of the former minister of Immigration. However, the pair are in fear for their safety. Ms Alexis, who admits to working illegally at the Horizon's home for three months said that she made that fact clear to the former minister in her signed affidavit. She claims that the minister assured her that once her documentation at the Ministry of lmmigration had been processed and approved and subsequently expired, he would have the permit transferred into Anna Nicole Smith's name. Ms Alexis further claims that the work permit was issued by the Department of Immigration in January 2007. Speaking on behalf of her clients, Ms Thompson said that she is very concerned that something might happen to them as they are also poised to testify in the upcoming Coroner's Inquest into the death of Daniel Smith - Anna Nicole's son. "There is much more of this story to tell that needs to be told. Some of the issues that they raise, not much of it has been released to the public," she said. Ms Thompson said that her clients have information that will shed light on where Anna Nicole wished to bury her son, Daniel, and her "reported" relationship with Howard K Stern. Also, Ms Thompson said, her clients have information on the amount of prescription drugs that were allegedly in the home, and Ms Smith's state of mind shortly before her death. 65. The public needs to be protected from doctors and attorneys who abuse the trust of their clients for their own financial gain. Lock her up and throw away the key. Let's hope the cops or the FBI can get her to turn on her master $tern.

66. No reason to get too happy. She will probably just lose her license and walk, I mean fly to the Bahamas and Dannielynn will be supporting her as well. Horizons is getting more crowded by the day.

I find it interesting that with the inquest delay, witnesses on that list are dropping their statements like flies. By the time there ever is an inquest, there will be no one left to testify.

68. eroshevich Both Dr Eroshevich and Dr Kapoor should be investigated. And as for coward Howard, he is going down. I have never seen anything more disturbing than the video that HKS shot of Anna 8 months pregnant, face painted like a clown COMPLETELY WASTED. You can hear him laughing asking her if she is on a mushroom trip, and that this video is going to be worth money. And now HKS and his family want everyone to believe he is caring for Dannielynn and wants what is best for her. What about what was best for her while she was still developing inside Anna tummy? Answer that one STERN FAMILY.

70. Thank goodness. Hopefully this is the beginning of several people being investigated - mainly HKS.
She is going to have to answer questions as to why the prescriptions were in HKS name, did he know about them, etc.

71. Just Lorazepam alone will make you into a zombie. My Father who was in the last stages of Alzheimer's was given that . It makes you into a vegetable. Combined with the other drugs she must of been totally physced out. I was on effexor for a while and the withdrawal from that was horrendous I felt like in another world. I can only imagine what Anna was going through. It must of been hell. Those meds should only be taken under extreme circumstances and for a short period of time. Once your addicted Its too late and you need to be hospitalized and under constant supervision. Not in some Motel room away from those who really care and might of helped.

73. AFTER A SURGERY I WAS ON MORAPHINE. LOVED IT BUT I SURE DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING. I WANTED MORE AND MORE THE NURSE WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME AND BOY WAS I MAD. I WAS TOTALLY OUT OF MY HEAD. I CAN SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO ANNA THEY GAVE IT TO HER ANYWAY BECAUSE SHE WANTED IT. THEY HAD VERY BAD JUDGEMENT IN THIS MATTER AND THAT IS WHY SHE DIED. SOMEBODY DID WRONG. THEY DID A BIG WRONG. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY DID TO HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

75. 35. This sort of thing is not uncommon in the world of celebs, money, power, etc. If Anna wanted drugs, she could get them. No one is gonna force-feed pills down her throat. Addicts always find a way to manipulate people to get what they want.
The doc was stupid to do it and Howard was an enabler, nothing more. Danny and Anna were addicts...too bad for them.
