76. The clock is running out for Dr. E and HKS. I so hope that this investigation leads Dr. E. to tells what she knows. Dr. E. needs to be held accountable for prescribing unnecessary medications in the first place, let alone to a woman with obvious addiction issues. And she calls herself a friend? What kind of friend hands over a loaded gun over to another friend? HKS is no better in my opinion. He claims to have loved ANS. Is watching a woman waste herself away love? Is helping a distraught, addicted women to procure drugs love? All these people need some serious help understanding reality.

78. wow....bonnie stern makes her brother look worse everytime she opens her big mouth. isnt her brother the one living in a house thats not his and not paying a dime for rent. bonnie said noone will take dannielynn over their dead bodies. i think that was a poor choice of words,lol. at least the pills that killed anna werent in vergies name. vergie didnt take video's of anna 8 months pregnant drugged up and laugh about it. vergie didnt shoot a christmas video of anna so drugged up she could hardly talk, at least vergie owns a house and works and buys her own shoes and underwear. yeah right, vergie abused anna thats why she left daniel with vergie for 7 years. that dr. should lose her practice but she's not the only one with dirty hands. poor daniel, having to watch anna sleep with just about every woman and man in california, do all those drugs. what kind of childhood did he have. hate to say it but this was the best thing that could have happened for dannielynn. when her real father gets her she will have a chance at a normal life. vergie should have her granddaughter till the real father gets the baby.
i hope vergie sues for the lies that were told about her!!!! i hope vergie and larry are making money of this just like the sterns are. fair is fair. if they can do it, then why put down larry and vergie. the other investagations can wait, do whats right for the baby.

The ongoing Anna Nicole Smith baby saga has resulted in alleged charges from Larry Birkhead's one-time attorney Debra Opri revealed online, and the fiery lawyer has taken some heat for her charges by some commentators. But when she was asked by CNN's A.J. Hammer, "even though you're not together in a professional relationship, are you still rooting for (Larry Birkhead) in this fight," Opri seems to still be on Birkhead's side and especially on Dannielynn's.

She told CNN, "I'm rooting for the cause and that's to get Dannielynn home. And my client, I believe, is the father of the child and I believe everything we did from October 2nd brought us to where we are today. And I am going to say, I think he's the father and I think he should be getting custody of that child very soon."

She was then quizzed on the reported $600,00 plus bill that has been reported that she presented Birkhead with earlier this week. "Well, as my attorney has made clear, my publicist has made clear and as I have made clear, I want to defend myself. I have asked my client to allow me to get on there and set the record straight. But my client holds an attorney/client privilege and he has not waived it, which means he happens not allowed me to defend myself."

"And I want to say something specifically, my name and reputation I've built carefully. I've got a great reputation. My ethics are as high as I can make them. I care very much for the clients. And whatever billing is out there, I am telling the public and whoever -- and that person knows who leaked that bill -- that the bill that was leaked may have been altered. It may have been incomplete."

She added that if it could not be settled it will go to a fee dispute arbitration. She then told 'Showbiz Tonight, "My bills and my high profile clients, I have never had anything leaked to the press before. I can only imagine why it was done now."

"But I am telling everyone and I am being very, very clear about it, I will not allow anyone to call me despicable, that I am disrespectful of the legal profession and the Marie Antoinette. There are explanations for everything and I will have my day in court and I will explain carefully every bill, every charge and what the public has heard finally, I want them to know it was incomplete. It was a lie. It was manipulated. And it was defamatory. So I want the public to know my reputation is everything to me and I will fight to keep it so."

Does anybody know what "pain" Anna was always in? I read somewhere she had back pain yet never read anything about surgery to correct the problem. Unless it was from her breasts.

I had major back surgery eight years ago (blew a disc, had sciatica both legs and could barely walk). I never got morphine or Dilaudid. Before surgery, I was on Toradol or Ultram. After surgery, I was on Tylenol #3 for three days. That was it.

89. I am so glad these dr.s are being investigated. They knew what they were doing. Maybe the dr, and HKS have something going. I cannot stand that Bonnie either. The brother of Howard and Bonnie making comments on Virgie and how she lives and cannot afford it. I wouldn't be proud to go on TV and state how HKS lives off his parents. They are that wealthy??? How he just loves Anna and was never paid any money for years. I don't buy it at all.

Virgie needs to sue ET. I went to their web site and read what Bonnie (DEAREST) said. I am sooooo worried about Dannielynn's health. The witch said that Dannielynn is starting to roll over and sit up on her own!!!!!! How old is Dannielynn? Six seven months old??? Dannielynn should be crawling by now! STARTING TO ROLL OVER!!!!!!!! Get this baby away from that so called incompetent evil family!

Please, hurry up Tuesday! The Bahama judges needs to give Dannielynn to grandma until Larry does his battle with Stern the enabler! Hey Howard you going to sue that Florida judge too?
