92. This is like a bad movie of the week to me (or something from Lifetime) about a starlet who is being killed slowly via medication by her lover (or boyfriend) and the female doctor who secretly is sleeping with the starlets lover..I bet that angle no one thought of.
In all seriousness though, anyone who was involved with ANS in regards to the day she died, this includes this doctor (its amazing what degree you could get online these days, cuz apparently that's where she got hers), HKS, the nurse (another online degree) and the "bodyguard", should all be incarcerated for negilence. For neglecting the fact, that although ANS did not want to go to the hospital with a 105 fever, that she should have been brought in anyway, for neglecting the fact that perhaps she was so medicated that she wasnt thinking clearly, for neglecting the fact that she has a daughter who isnt even 1 yet, and that keeping her away from the hospital, would make the baby grow up motherless.
ABSOLUTE NEGLECT!
What kind of man leaves an ill woman in a hotel all day to go and buy a friggin boat?! Does HKS love her, NO FRIGGIN WAY!
So kudos to the medical board for investigating this doctor.
Someone should call the BAR Association and investigate HKS as well.
I fear for Dannielynn.

95. If the majority of the pills were in Sterns name...why didn't the police / investigators take a blood or urine sample from him to determine if he indeed had any of those drugs prescribed in his name - in his body?

I hope this joke of a "doctor" gets what is coming to her! Never trusted her from the get go!

99. I hope that they can figure out just how many drugs she has prescribed to Anna & hKS and the other phoney names just because 9 were in HKS name does not mean there weren't a lot of others. They could of gotten rid of some before the EMT'S came to Hard Rock and how many are in the Bahamas?? I hope they can find all the scripts she has written enen to herself.

100. all along I have had a hard time with everything that's happened being labeled as accidental with no consequences....I live in a small town where a women in her truck hit an off duty cop on his motorcycle, everyone said that was an accident too, she was charged & convicted....this Dr. & friend not only needs to be investigated in an accidental death, I believe she needs her license to practice yanked & deserves to be charged with something.....this whole scenario is unbelievable and if anyone of us with our opinions were in a similar situation we would be, at the very least, under serious investigation...I sincerely hope all these news organizations under the threat of a liable lawsuit continue to dig & find out the facts & what happened in these accidental deaths.....

101. Dr. E knew exactly where those drugs were going - she was part of the inner circle of Anna's "friends". She spent Christmas with them for crying out loud. She knew exactly what she was doing when she prescribed all those drugs to Howie and who the were really for!!

Also, I say ABC Good Morning talking about her this morning and they brought up Howie's name several times. I wonder, also, if he will be suing ABC?

102. I think this is GREAT NEWS and I'm sure this investigation has been going on for a while.
Not every agency who conducts formal investigations such as the FBI, the IRS, State Medical Boards, many police agencies and prosecutors do NOT all hold "press conferences" to announce their activities and/or intentions to the public.
just because we all don't hear about it right away, well that doesn't mean it's not happening behind the scenes.
And I hope & pray that the doctor takes all those responsible down with her.
One thing I have NOT seen nor heard from HKS or any of his cohorts is any semblance of regret or accountability on their part what-so-ever in this whole situation.
Just playing the "victim" in all of this, and blaming everyone else.

IMO, HKS threatening lawsuits won't stop the HARD QUESTIONS and INVESTIGATIONS from continuing.
And it sure as hell won't make people change their opinions and beliefs about him and his character.
He can't control everyone and he can't litigate opinions and beliefs.

103. Maybe it's not murder but HKS and these doctors should be held accountable for her death and maybe even daniels. These doctors over perscribed and several of the drugs found in Anna's system were perscribed to HKS, what is he going to say she was stealing them from him and he did not know she was taking them??? Please, the doctors and HKS allowed for her to take all these drugs and anyone knows eventually someone will die....so they should be held responsible, she obvious has not been in the right state of mind for years so her doctors and her so called lawyer and partner (HKS) should have been the ones to make sure she was NOT taking all these drugs....if they have should would have been alive today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HKS and these doctors may weasle their way out of this but the public knows the truth and more important GOD knows the truth . ANNA was a grown women so yes she was 50% responsible but HKS and the doctors are 50% responsible and eventually they will pay one way or another!
