Hayden Panettiere may not be a Lindsay Lohan fan, but she's stealing the rehabbed starlet's signature V-sign pose.

TMZ spotted the "Heroes" cheerleader leaving Mr. Chow last night, and in typical LiLo form, Panettiere flashed a peace sign before hopping into her SUV. While it's not an exclusive pose, it's one La Lohan has rocked with paps for a while now.

This comes a day after a fan mistakenly called Hayden "Lindsay," to which the blonde teen crush shot back, "Don't ever call me that again!" Maybe she should stop making it so confusing!

Considering the vee for peace sign was used by all during the "flower power" era and during Viet-nam war days and is still used by us now during the post-World Trade Center Tragedy, makes me wonder just how original Lindsey is NOT! And is the public so desperate to match up the world's peace sign with someone who THINKS she's an actress and SPECIAL. Let's face it, this LaLogan is a cute kid with alot of LALA problems and should be considered just that - another poor lost soul who wishes she could be great and famous. LaLogan should be renamed to LaLoser.
