that's why the world is in the shape its in. leave AI alone. it's sickens me like you wouldn't believe. take the violence out of some these movies andtv. don't you agree...?

468. Ryan needs to give SImon more respect as his digs are taking away from the Judges opinion. The group also is not talented only three girls KaTrisha, Do Little and the other one...and thats it...without Simon American Idol is nothing so back Seacrest off.

UP UNTIL THIS SEASON, I ALWAYS CONSIDERED SEASON THREE TO BE IDOL'S LEAST EXCITING SEASON, BUT SEASON SIX WINS IN SEVERAL CATEGORIES, LEAST EXCITING, LEAST FUN, LEAST TALENT, LEAST INSPIRING AND ALL AROUND DULL AND LIFELESS. I HAVE NOT VOTED AT ALL THIS SEASON. AND IT HAS BEEN STATED THAT IDOL DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE OVER 40 CROWD. WHO HAS SUPPORTED THE SHOW FROM DAY ONE, BUT IS MOSTLY NOT SUPPORTING IDOL THIS YEAR AND NOT VOTING AND ESPECIALLY NOT AFTER READING THAT THEY DISS A LARGE PART OF THEIR AUDIENCE. I AM ALSO NOT INTERESTED IN IDOL BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY ARE TREATING THE AMERICAN IDOL WINNER, TAYLOR HICKS. THEY ARE NOT SHOWING TAYLOR ANY RESPECT AS THE WINNER AND ARE OBVIOUSLY SUPPORTING DAUGHTERY LIKE HE WON THE SHOW, HOWEVER, HE COULD NOT GET ENOUGH VOTES ON THE SHOW. AND THE BIGGEST INSULT THEY ARE USING DAUGHTERY'S LAME SONG ON THE SHOW AS THEIR GOODBYE THEME. IDOL IS GOING DOWNHILL FAST AND I HOPE IT CONTINUES TO LOSE VIEWERS. OBVIOUSLY IDOL DOES NOT WANT ANYONE OVER 40 AND THAT IS GOOD BECAUSE WE NO LONGER WANT THEM. TAYLOR HICKS, WINNER OF AMERICAN IDOL 06, AWESOME TALENT, CURRENTLY ON TOUR AND RECEIVING RAVE REVIEWS.

The talent this year is definitely not up to Idol's usual standards. Season Four was outstanding, Season Five was not as good as Four but much better than this year. I think the downward trend started last year when Taylor Hicks won over much better performers, and it has continued the downward spiral this year. Maybe they should use different judges for the auditions (and not concentrate so much on the bad auditions) and not let the show's judges see the performer until showtime.

471. It's all I can do to watch this season!!!! Our entire family has been Idol fans since the First season!!!!!!! Though we may not agree with all of the decisions in Idol's past seasons.....it was NEVER like dealing with Sanjaya STILL being there, or for that matter BEING in the TOP 24!!!!!!!! They sent him through and NOW they have created a MONSTER! His smile is just outright sickening!!!! Sorry.....but I hate even watching now!!! And then to hear him say.....WELCOME TO THE UNIVERSE OF SANJAYA ....when Simon made his sarcastic comment about his awful........lack luster performance!!!!!! Give me a freaking break!!!!!!! IF HE CONTINUES ON THE SHOW....IDOL WILL REALLY HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO REGAIN ANY KIND OF TRUE CREDIBILITY! And past Idols will have to work even harder to continue in the constant quest to be accepted into the mainstream of the music industry!!!! And those that would have been on the show in future years....well they will not even have a chance!!!! Thanks Judges and Sanjaya for ending a Great show!!!!!!!!

474. THERE AREN'T AS MANY ROCKERS LIKE THE LAST TWO SHOWS. THEY DO HAVE SOME GREAT SINGERS IN A FEW, BUT ALL THE STARS WHO HAVE MADE IT FROM THAT SHOW COME FROM SMALL TOWNS. THEY NEED TO TAKE ALITTLE MORE TIME TRAVELING TO SMALLER TOWNS AND THEY WILL DISCOVER BETTER TALENT. IT SEEMS TO BE A JOKE THIS YEAR AND YOU REALLY DON'T LOOK FORWARD TO WHAT THEY ARE GONNA SING. NOT LIKE PREVIOUS SEASONS. RANDY IS A JOKE. PAULA IS SO HIGH ON PILLS, AND MAYBE BOOZE TO, SIMON IS THE LIKEABLE ONE. THEY NEED TO REPLACE RANDY AND PAULA. SEE, WEEK AFTER WEEK WE WATCH PAULA STUTTER, AND EYES HALF CLOSED AND SHE JUST RATTLES ON. SIMON ATLEAST GIVES AN HONEST OPINION AND GETS TO THE POINT. MOST OF THE TIME HE IS RIGHT.

Think of all the time the judges, Ryan, the producers, etc. have invested in this production and GO HOME YOU FREAK!!! Please pull your hair out of the ring and let true talent proceed. How do you have the guts to get up on stage every week when you know there is so much more talent that has been sent home? 476. How many people watch Survivor anymore . Same thing. Like any phenom it goes away with over exposure. If anything Sanjaya adds a bit of fun and a reason to watch. They had better hope he does stay on just for the interest factor. You may love him or hate him, but people will watch to see what happens. Once he's gone everyone will probably tune out til the finale.

477. I have been watching American Idol every year. This year it was not fair and everyone knew it. The girls out sang the guys. The way of voting this year should of been changed. They should of all been thrown together and let America vote. Because there was a seperation, one night vote a guy off, the next a gril off, so many girls were voted off that should of stayed. There are not any guys on the show that can really sing. Not like the girls. This year should of been 12 girl finalist. This is why the show is not as good. My husband (a Musician) has quit watching because of this. He felt Justin Timberlake should of never made it to the finals. It has nothing to do with Sanjaya. American IDIOL is a singing competition (Quote) Simon. NO it is not. It is American IDIOL. It's the whole package. It was especially true on the first season. If it's just a singing show, change the name to STAR SEARCH or something like that. Another (Quote) you have to do something different so America remembers you. Sanjaya is doing just that. He made it through the auditons, Hollywood, 3 people voted him in. Did all 3 of them have ear problems that night? He must be able to sing. The problem is he has a very low voice compared to the other singers. (like Michael Jackson) The mic needs to be turned up. What's the big deal? Then he need to use some high and low dynamics. Everyone get's bettter by the end of the show.

At least he's not Chicken Little. He couldn't sing and he was nothing to look at. What is going on? JEALOUSY? Not enough attention as Sanjaya? I am glad he has come out of his shell and he will be REMEMBERED. I see that wanna be Justin Timberlake is getting some attention as well!!!!!!!!!!! Good or Bad!!!! that's the question? Come on people, It's not Star search, it's American IDIOL.

478. Well tonights show is over. What does everyone think now? Even J LO said she loves Sanjaya. I'm sorry but I think Sanjaya did a great job. In fact he did better then a lot of the other contestants. I do believe that the Judges even had good comments to say. Maybe Chuckyblues comment on bringing in all the real old school groupies to give their advise hasn't helped And I agree they ought to walk out and quit. Maybe bringing in someone like J LO was the key in tonights performances. Songs are too old, Songs are too young, Songs to boring, sounds like your singing in a cabaret or singing karaoke. Make of your mind Simon it's confusing. Maybe it's the song selection.

480. Another snoozer last night...Latin music is about dance and movement, charm and elegance as it is about the singing. Watching La'Kisha attempt "Conga" was pure horror! Melinda managed to take a lively musical genre down to the lifeless level (and I love her voice), Chris's voice is just too nasaly and whiny to the point of irritation. Haley's hanging on by a thread (the few she wears...well said Simon), Phil is Phil...hard to imagine him being an "Idol"...even Blake was somewhat sub-par...he has a terrific stage presence, but his vocals are not strong. Jordin's the sleeper in the group...would have liked to see her dance/move more with her song choice last night, but she's very likeable and as long as she doesn't blow lyrics and get caught doing something immature (like giving Ryan S. the devil horns while on camera) to tick off voters, she will make it to the end, That brings us to Sanjaya....ol' Sanjaya...Dude has figured out how to work the camera with the deer eyes and big smile. No doubt got every 12 yr. old vote in the world...but you know what?
His was one of the best performances last night!!! How bad was that show???? Maybe they ought to have Weird Al Yankovic as a guest teacher to lighten things up??? Or perhaps they could bring in "Zamphir on the Panflute" to inject some needed juice??? Prediction...Sanjaya will change his name to "Hector" and within 5 years, we'll see him schlepping guitars on the Shopping Network with Estaban!!! I'm out!!!!
