Yes all girls go topless in Europe - I don't believe that this was the issue - its this sleeze ball (my apologies to all sleeze balls out there for saying he's one of you) who is exploiting these underage girls.

21. This guy has enough money that he can get enough lawyers and pervert justice. He will never see one day of jail time. His lawyer will save him. He is not home free however. There are a lot of fathers, brothers, uncles, mothers, sisters etc. who would love to see him step in front of their car. SPLAT! And he would deserve it. 23. You know these girls know what they are doing, I am a female and I don't just go into public and lift my shirt up to show guys my breasts. They obviously want attention and got it by getting it caught on video. These are 16 year girls wanting to be over 21, until mom and dad get wind and try to throw you out of the house for disgracing them. I do not support what this man does for a living but I know my boundries when it comes to my body, maybe mom and dad should have warned them about guys like this, but I don't think their GOD would want it that way!
