63. Another poster said the the girls willingly lifted up their tops. So I guess that should make it okay? Joe is a predator who's victims are girls from the ages of 15 to 20. Girls who are out on their own (drinking alcohol) and away from their parents for maybe the first time in their lives. They want to do grown up (adult) things. They think the sexy stuff they are doing is very grown up.

You don't see too many women over the age of 20 because they have matured to the point that they are not so vulnerable to a predator like Joe. For Joe to be interested, they have to be young and drunk.

If he came around my daughter I would tell her to "Run! Run like the wind"! To this day I don't understand how he can make and sell those videos. I don't like it but I guess if the law doesn't stop him, there is nothing I can do. Right?

This is a FEDERAL judge.
This Joe Francis guy has come to believe his own hype, and is due for a big life lesson...
He exploits young, immature girls and he also exploits inexperienced young males who are trying to get a girl. You don't celebrate guys like this. You celebrate a society that prides itself in protecting its daughters. In the old days, this dude would be run out of town on a rail, naked and backwards on his horse. I'm with the judge.

69. He's gonna get "loved" in prsion - ain't that the truth. If he does end up in jail, the guys in prison can show him a new kind of voyeurism. And if any of them have access to video cam, he can be a whole new type of star.

I have no sympathy for his jerk at all, but I still can't believe his comments about the judge while his trial is going on. Is he high? Where are his lawyers, the ones who should be telling him to put on his best suit, look remorseful in court and above all, to shut his mouth....because he is not helping himself.

Some juvenile delinquent girls are firing rifles out a window when one sneers, "look at 'em run like scared chickens." A moment later a highway patrolman shoots back and she is laying mortally wounded. Moderator Dan Akyroyd sardonically replies, "Yeah, and look at 'em shoot, just like real marksman."

74. Hey #76, I guess you & I are the 2 people in the US who saw that film. I was thinking of that exact quote, believe it or not, when I started to write this post. Very funny stuff. This, of course, is not the first time Joe Francis has had run ins with the law. He's been arrested before, been sued many times, and according to the tabloids has been defiantly arrogant during all these past happenings. Bad move this time, Joey...

My best friend, who went to Notre Dame Law School, told me the best thing he ever learned during his time there was not torts, criminal law or civil procedure. He said the best thing he learned there (which he got directly from one of his law school professors) was "Never piss off the judge". Looks like big mouth Joey is going to find out what my friend's law school professor meant by that...
