Judge Goes Wild on Joe Francis

"Girls Gone Wild" video kingpin Joe Francis lashed out at a Florida judge after refusing to surrender to authorities on a contempt citation, which may end up stripping him of his freedom!

Judge Richard Smoak ordered Francis into custody after settlement talks with seven women (who were minors when Francis filmed) took a turn for the worse. Lawyers for the women claim Francis threated them during negotiations. Joe told the AP that the judge "had lost his mind," adding, "This judge has gone so far as to call me the devil and an evildoer. It is a case of a judge gone wild."

Francis' lawyers have appealed the court order, which would send the 34-year-old millionaire to jail.

76. #73 - If you juvenilely call someone wanting to protect America's (young) daughters a busy body fat whore, then what do you call someone like Joe Francis? Gee, I think shoving your camera up a tipsy young girls shirt or pants when she's maybe away from home for the first time without her parents, and then selling it for personal profit to millions to see is very much more 'busybody', don't you???? Are your ethics twisted? Young girls of 18 are completely naive as to how some of their actions can follow them for the rest of their lives. Those videos are not young women living with dignity and respect. Glad the girls I know are not your daughter. Pimp your young?
Women over 21 who make their own choices are a different matter. They have a little more experience. Even at that age some don't. Men still shouldn't use women.
Name calling is usually a person who can't think of anything better to say, and is disrespectful towards your target and moreso towards yourself, and shows a lack of intelligence, integrity and an inability to communicate as an adult using the written word properly to relay ideas so others will bother to listen. Very schoolyard.

78. I think by now everyone knows what GIRLS GONE WILD is about, so it is doubtful the girls are innocent. Regardless, that doesn't excuse Joe Francis' requirements to follow the law. Maybe we should be more concerned about how many wealthy defendants get away with breaking the law on a regular basis? In our country money walks and BS talks.

Trust me I worked for him and these girls do this for free.....People are mad because they did not think of this first to be worth many millions of dollars. ..Don't hate the guy because he is making a living off stupid girls that get drunk and flash.......Most of the girl just need attention and will do anything for it.....
