Witness Claims Designer Has Been Framed!

Anand JonA business associate of Anand Jon, who was in Jon's apartment the morning after Jon allegedly sexually assaulted a woman, tells TMZ that he saw the woman that morning, and nothing seemed wrong.

The man, who wished to remain anonymous, says he arrived at Jon's apartment around 9:30 AM, and when he first saw the woman, she appeared to be in a "happy, giddy mood." He claims that she took a shower, tried on three pairs of Anand's jeans (and asked for a free pair), before leaving for lunch with other people who were at the apartment the night before.

Jon's friend says that he spoke with law enforcement, but got the bum's rush after "they didn't get the answers they wanted from me."

Several more accusers have since come forward. Jon faces a total of 32 counts involving sexual assault on a total of 12 women between the ages 14 and 23, all with ties to the fashion industry.

If convicted, Jon faces life in prison.

16. he forced himself on my exgirlfriend. think about this, 1 in 4 women are sexually assaulted in their lifetime, do you think they all came forward? Opra was raped by a relative and she didn't come forward till a couple years ago

19. I still call bs on this. Rape is a horrible thing and I know it's hard to come forward, but when all the girls are probably models, or aspiring models, and they all come forward in a pack, it makes it look ridiculous.

I think what people are forgetting here is that the women are all connected to the fashion industry. Did anyone ever stop to think that maybe, just maybe, they all wanted to work for him or with him? As models or photographers or designers? Who's to say they didn't try to get what they wanted with sex and are now pissed off because he didn't hire them. Now, I know it's pretty bad to use someone for sex and move on, but that doesn't make him a rapist. It just makes him a bastard.

was watching show on tv with 13 and 14 year old having sex for money- and they had done it 60 to 70 times

they would fabricate and create stories to be famous but if something really happened they would not sit back and not complain

25. I'm with Ayanna - innocent until proven guilty. We're a sue-happy society now folks. When people see an opportunity to make money or generate publicity for themselves at someone else's expense, they jump on it. That's not to say this didn't happen, but we can't presume it did for certain either.

26. he contacted me over myspace when i was 16, asking for me to model, inviting me out, even giving me his phone number which was unnecessary (i lived 2,000 miles away). i was thrown off at the time by his behavior, but just ignored it. i forgot about it all until i heard about this.

27. Calven Klein may be bisexual but Tommy Hilfiger is not gay. Either way Anand has no money. There are tons of other designers out there with real money. The Marcianno's "GUESS" have a whole ton of money and live in big huge homes in back of the BeverlyHills hotel.

Yet, people are targeting big "rich Anand Jon. what a riot. For folks who think everyone in BeverlyHills is rich, here is the reality! There is the North and South side. The North side and going towards the Hills is where the "real" rich folks live.

Anand, not only lived on the SOUTH side where the folks are not that rich, but way off where there are mostly apartments and rentals where the "wannabe's" live. Any model with a lick of brains would clearly know if they are trying to target money HE AIN"T A GOOD TARGET!! If they are trying to get fame? Who in the hell knew who Anand Jon was before these accusations?NOBODY!!!

Also, noone seems to want to bring up the fact it is the second time he will be going to trial for rape. The first time was in 2003 when he was charged with commiting a lewd act on a CHILD!! His probabtion required him to spend 52 weeks in sex therapy. Yeah, this guy is innocent alright and wrongly convicted. They all say that when they are caught!

29. Are people naive enough to believe in a "Mecca" of MULTI millionaires who are easily accessible for models to meet. From barry Bonds to any Basketball star or movie star who go to clubs, events ect. The models are dumb enough to try to extract money from a so-so designer living in a crap area of BeverlyHills, who has no fame because they seek money and fame? How ridiculous is that???? So 12 models will be stupid enough to want a slice of an already small pie? What would they get when they're done? If they really would lie in order to get fame, money they would target a big star. That way at least they get a potential Big pay-off a la Michael Jackson, or at the very least can sell their bogus story to a tabloid for a lot of cash! Anand Jon is a nobody with no money.
