48. How many of you posting on here saying what is and isn't possible have ever been raped? I have, when I was 12 by family w/ no blood relation. You know what? For years I said nothing, he didn't beat me but he did tell me it was my fault, he did say I shouldn't look the way I did or else he wouldn't be doing this to me, I did believe him. You know what? It almost happened again by a good friend of his, b/c you know, I didn't tell any one so why not he join in. Luckily he got caught, if it wasn't for that I wouldn't have told. I had to tell at that point, and at 15 I was still afraid it was my fault and that everyone else would believe the same. I hate being stared at, I hate being touched, but people will try. I haven't pressed charges against anyone cuz I don't wanna go thru it, I don't want to be the one on trial b/c that's what it's like. Well, your behaivor doesn't coincide w/ some one who was raped.. How the hell would you know if you've never been in my shoes?! We all say what we'd never do or what we'll definitely do, but until you get put in a position where you have to make that choice you don't really know. Being raped and molested is more than a sexual crime, it's phsyical, it's mental, it's emotional. My life has been raped, I've lived in the shadows of what these men did to me, who they said I was, what they made me. It's sick, the abuse I've taken in relationships b/c I can't see past that. It took 3 more years before I saw a couselor, but the only difference is now I don't cry when I think about it. I'm not passing judgement on this man, I don't have a clue if there's truth or not to what they say, but I am saying just like he's innoccent until proven guilty, so are these women. It's fair to have an opinion but if there's any truth to what they have said then some of these types of comments can be very damaging to the emotional state of a rape victim. These comments are the reason why most women don't come out, look how the victims get treated in rape cases and it gets worse.

its all mind games, manipulation...i knew it all along but i felt like i needed to be a good person....i dont try to plot against someone, what happens is because these girls were strong enough to realize it was wrong, and more come out because they arent feeling afraid or it resurfaced and they want to make sure he gets what he deserves for doing what he has done...
im not going to go into detail here, but the way he is...extremely psychotic tendencies...megalomaniac....etc....

51. All you idiots sticking up for this dude- First this is why we have a trial. 2nd- its not just one person making this accusation, its 10+ some are under age! If it was your daughter, sister or girlfriend- it would not matter because your thinking is wacked. Here in America we treat women with respect not like this guys homeland where women are forced to walk behind their husband and treated similar to their pets. Anyone who is not suspicious of this guys actions or the fact 10 + women say something wasn't right- need to move to one of these 3rd world countries where they wipe there ass with their hands because you stink and will likely someday or already have done something the same. Thats ok Bubba is waiting for you in his 6 by 6 cell- you deserve it.

52. It wasn't even rape and they're trying to make him the next Andrew Luster. If he was a designer and they worked for him wouldn't this be a civil charge of sexual harassment instead of "rape" in criminal court? How is he supposed to prove these things didn't happen after all these years? I still don't believe it and I believe this man is entitled to the presumption of innocence. Hopefully, he at least will get a fair trial unlike Andrew Luster, who wasn't even allowed to present a defense. I feel sorry for these people living in California. Had the Duke case happened there the accused would be on death row by now.

53. I feel very sorry about these girls, of the world's most developed country, who get's raped and did not have the courage to come up to complaint about it, and had to wait for a team of rape victims to get built up, and finally go to the police.

Hey disgruntled models, don't be a SHAME to all other girls in the country. It is heard of girls getting raped by strangers on the street, but never heard of this is happening from a person who is so visible to anybody, stayed at the same place for along time, with the real name.

54. I met him once and he is the most arrogant person I met. I sensed he is manipulative and condescending. He preys on young, naive girls who are at the age where they will believe anything and when put in a situation, they probably rationalized it but deep down they knew it was not right. If Anand Jon was a decent man, he would not have scouted for girls on the internet but would have gone to a reputable model agency. I heard he went to Texas to "recruit" young women for his harem and if anyone else came close to the girls, he would say that the girls where his "bitches" and not to talk to them. He is a sick man who is a menance to the American society.

56. I knew Anand for at least three years. I remember a couple of years ago calling me every day. He asked me to bring Michelle Rodriguez to him. Poor guy didn't know any of these celebrities. The fact that he's friends with them is not true. Anyone can pose with celebrities and pretend that they are friends. In Hollywood it is very likely that people do that.

I went to his apartment and he did abuse women. I knew some of them. This guy is so sick that he would fly to Texas and brainwash these girls--promise them the glory and he'll bring the girls to Los Angeles. Several times he told me to stay out of those girls because he said, "Those are my bitches. I pay the roof, food and I am paying their way. Just stay away from them." I remember the day he snapped at me for talking to a 15 year old at his apartment. I asked her what she was doing at his house and the guy went balistic on me. He told me to mind my own business.

They should be looking into the girl from Seattle, Washington. I am sure they haven't her yet. If someone in his camp is reading this, they will know what I am talking about. This guy is a sick as a cancer patient and needs to be put in jail for a long time.

57. sometimes it takes ONE strong girl with nothing to loose.....to step up, and tell her story. I think it is important not "blame" the rest of the girls for coming forward "all the sudden". it takes so much courage, sometimes ONE person gives others the courage to step up. ya it sounds fishy...but god...it must take so much courage.
and...also it is important to notice that he is not your "normal celeb target" in that he doesn't have money to be sued for, not to mention that "money" isn't even what these girls are even asking for.
I have seen how Anand treats people, he treats people that "need him" to "make it" like absolute dirt. it is so hard to even explain how Anand Jon talks to these girls, and that is without even assult, in the picture.....just words.....he is a very 2-sided man who has a lot of people fooled.
and nick.....as well as the others who said these girls should be ASHAMED.....that is a very very strong word to use, and not something to use lightly. especially if you don't know what really happened. Not trying to be rude, but I just think that it is wrong to shame ANYONE without knowing the whole story, dispite what your opinion is.

58. I have met Anand and Sanjana in New York on numerous occassions. The only way I can describe Sanjana is that she is a total bitch! Anand is by far the biggest creep I have ever met. He tried to get my girlfriend to leave me. He surrounded himself with young girls. I was in the room when he verbally abused countless girls. The most disturbing comment I heard was as follows: "THE WORST HOLE ON A WOMENS BODY IS HER MOUTH!" I feel shame that I did not say anything at the time, however, I thought he was a famous designer and famous designers sometimes behave badly. It turned out that he was NOT a famous designer at all. Just a rapist.

This really looks like an organized attempt to smear this guy and to get a big book deal or civil suit. I hope this guy has a good lawyer who gets the truth out and those responsible are punished for slander/perjury. Gold-digging whores. You haven't fooled anyone but the cops. 60. Jenna and Ashley (commenter #49), I'm glad you both are here to set the facts straight.

I guarentee you 98% of the people siding with the rapist are men. It's unfortunate that in the 80s rape was an epidemic and the media reported on how severe it was, but in the 90s it all of a sudden reported on "cry rape" cases, which make up less then 1% of rape cases (and I'm willing to be it's even lower then that since many victims are threatened when furthing the case).

Men, you just don't understand. Rape has been used as a tool of oppression against the female gender for THOUSANDS of years. You need to understand that rape has nothing to do with sex and you need to stop siding with the victimizer instead of the victims. Take a hard look at yourselves and really think about how often you accuse rape victims of being guilty whether many of you say she brought it on with clothing or she lied about the whole thing. Many studies have shown that 60% of men think rape is brought on and that's just unexcusable.

Some facts:

-80% of rape victims are raped by someone they know and the rape is usually planned
-Every 45 seconds a woman is raped in the US
-The majority of convicted rapists spend less then 10 years in prison, many of them not even having to do any time in prison
