Hurley Does Not Curry Favor with In-dian In-Laws

Liz Hurley and Arun Nayer Elizabeth Hurley's lavish weddings have her father-in-law lashing out against the actress and her new husband, Arun Nayer.

According to Britain's Sunday Mirror, Vinod Nayer states, "Liz and Arun have treated us very shabbily," adding, "I feel that Liz and Arun behaved shamefully and placed more importance on showing off than their own family." Not Liz! Vinod says the couple made him and his wife feel like "social outcasts" at their opulent English and Indian wedding spectacles, which included guests like Elton John, fashion designer Tom Ford and supermodel Elle Macpherson. Vinod has reportedly "cut all ties" to the newlyweds.

TMZ contacted Hurley's rep, who had no comment.

What's wrong that indian wants to marrie someone from there own culture. PEople are really turning into racist. its just ridiciouls that if Liz acted that way then its not good. Becuase in indian culture family value is so high. If you dont the way culture is believe me parents or anybody can disowned you. its not that he did that. i am sure she did.
i am indian. lived in us for over 11 years. its not wrong married someone in your culture. you choose to married someone in your culture
When you do get married, its not for the short term #9 nicole. its always for the long term when you do get married. Becuase you have also think about how you kids gonna like or not.

30. 19 TBA: Other cultures respect the family and especially the elder parents. In this country perhaps you treat your parents like garbage and have no respect for them. You do not sound like a very dignified or educated person to write what you did. In other countries things are quite different my dear. If Elizabeth Hurley married into an Indian family she should have done her homework before offending his parents. She is very superficial and a real media hound and needs constant validation by her celebrity friends. She was wrong to snub and ignore her father in law and as a result her marriage will eventually weaken and fail. BTW..his father does not need anyone to care for him as he is a millionaire and can pay for nursing care in his old age. It is about disrespect and lack of manners.
