31. TMZ, you got it right. Howard never needed to do anything else but keep Anna image and likeness intact for her daughter. All the other vandictive action by others, Vergie lawyer and media types is horrible and will be stop volitarily or involitaryly it will many depend on them.
You finally got it right. Howard lost all he loved already, nothing else to lose. Howard should fight on for the Dannielynne and most likely will.

36. Parenting is NOT EASY! I adopted two sisters when they were toddlers. They had been tossed around like driftwood in the ocean, from this family member to that one. The oldest had lived in 24 places (including motels and on the street) by the time she was just over two years old. All this is documented. My kids are now in their late 30's and live in Australia with their families. My youngest wanted to know her biological mother, who spent many years in the penitentary. She got her wish when she was graduated from high school. Her biological parents (both of whom lost parental rights in courts of law in Oregon after nearly 1-1/2 years of being given second and third chances) promised my youngest the world if she would return to the US and become a member of their family. When I asked my daughter how things worked out, all she said was "I hope they throw her [her bio. mom] back in jail and throw away the key." So Dannie Lynn will know her biological father even if she has to wait till she is of age. Then whoever was dishonest (including lies by omission) will have to face her wrath. So I have been on both sides of this situation. I am an adoptive mom, but I never stole my kids from their parents. In fact, the girls were delivered to my front door by their father! I never bad-mouthed either of their parents and never denied the girls a chance to know their biological parents (but they had to be of age).

I think I know where Vergie is coming from. I truly don't think she is thinking $$$$ but there is a strong blood tie with a child and grandchild. Can YOU imagine having someone deny you access to your children or grandchildren? I know what it feels like when my girls were my foster kids and had to go back to a mother whose only interest was to draw welfare from two Oregon counties at once. And when they came back to me, their beautiful clothes I had bought them were gone and their little shoes were too tight. It COST my husband and I alot of money for the adoption, both monetarily and emotionally. I gave up being able to adopt an infant if we took the girls. There was never any question in my mind. Interestingly, a couple I knew when I was teaching school had a newborn who needed a "nanny," and I was available for that summer, so I got my "baby" with Andi. Just got a wedding invitation from her today!!!!!!

IF Larry Birkhead is the father, he deserves to get his baby as SOON AS POSSIBLE! Children can "bond" at any age, but it is harder for the parent because he/she doesn't have a feel for the child's past history, having not been involved. Larry will do fine! Howard K. Stern and is miserable sister have NO claims to this child any more than they have to YOUR children, readers!!! Larry doesn't have to "share" this child with anyone he doesn't want to.

It would be nice if Vergie can be grandmother to the baby, but that is not a guarantee in the U.S. courts (it was fought here in Oregon and the grandparents lost). It is all up to the parent(s) and that is how it should be.

I just hope the Bahamian government "gets the message" clear and completely and that Americans will start howling for justice if Birkhead is the father and denied his baby. No government, no entity, has the right to dictate who will be a parent unless there is absolute evidence that a person is not fit to be a parent. When our babies come from the hospital in the arms of their parents, there is no entity standing there to determine if they are fit parents. Birkhead should not be subject to this. He should have the right to bring his baby back to the US. If down the road he is shown through normal court channels to be an unfit parent, that is one thing, but for the Bahamians to be checking people out like they have been, that is outrageous!!!!!!!!

38. Back to the baby...she should not be put into foster care at this point.
On Tuesday, the results will be read and to move her prior to that for only a few days or a week would be horrible for her.
Read the results, let Larry begin immediately to spend every minute he can with her in and out of the house and not with everyone hovering over the pair.
Within a week Larry will know her routine and the baby will be beginning to trust him already.
He should then take her to her new home.
Foster care at this late date, if Stern is serious about not fighting custody, would only confuse her more.

40. Just because Virgie is the grandma doesn't mean she will get any rights to Dannilynn. Nor should she....Howard is the only father Dannilynn knows and to deprive her of him would be wrong and inhuman. I really feel like Howard has wanted to do the right thing by Anna Nicole and the baby from the very beginning.

41. Howard can see the writing on the wall. Dannielynn is Larry's, and eventually Larry will prevail with full custody anyway. Howard knew Dannielynn was Larry's baby from the moment he tried to get Larry to sign papers saying he was not the father, while Anna was still pregnant. Perhaps even Howard can't afford the legal battle anymore.

42. All of these people that go on and on saying Anna Nicole is nothing like her idol Marilyn need to hush it! They were both very sad people inside. They never truly loved themselves or saw themselves as others saw them. Everyone says - She is NO Marilyn. Why is that because Marilyn was a saint? I think not! She slept with plenty of partners (as did Anna), she did her fair share of drugs (as did Anna). Marilyn was by no means a sweet innocent little girl. She did what she felt she had to do (right or wrong), and I feel sorry for both of them that they couldn't love themselves enough to help themselves. In my opinion, Anna idolized Marilyn and is extremely like her in many ways. They are both gone and should be remembered for their better qualities.

45. If Larry is the father Howard has no rights from Tuesday on. No visits, no money involvement, nothing anymore. Dannielynn needs to start over with her real dady Larry. If god forbide Larry is not the father than Virgie needs to be given that baby on Tuesday with the same stipulations.
