Stern is suing Virgie for slander and is suing O'Quinn for--get this--invasion of privacy -- per Fox News. Seeking monetary damages.

I guess Stern thinks Virgie may end up being a co-executor of Dannielynn's Trust. He wants that money and he's gonna try to get it, even if it kills him. He's covering all the bases.

Sorry that is insane - even if you believe it's to cut HKS notice it states she wants to be one of the executors. No way. This is a slap in Anna's face and why should Larry have to sign paper giving her a certain amount of time with the baby. That's BS he is the legal father. No other father has to do that. Why should he? She raised her children already. Leave Larry a lone poor guy has been through enough.

Look Larry.s family came out to support him and so did HKS's family. So where's Vergie's family? I have not seen one of her daughters or sons come out to defend her.
