61. We will never have "proof" that Anna was abused, but there was an article that alleged Anna's aunt claimed she was raped by one of Virgie's husbands, and that was the aunt Anna lived with. Also, as the parent of teenagers, I can't imagine either of my children leaving home at 15--in my opinion, that's indicative of abuse. Anna was not a drug user in high school and also dropped out of school, usually a sign of problems at home. Virgie drank with her daughter and seemed to be "all for" her twenty-something child living with an old man. Virgie did not raise Daniel alone for the first five years, either. Anna was married and didn't ask for her mom's help until after she divorced her first husband, supposedly due to abuse. Also, Anna's reported promiscuous behavior is often related to child sexual abuse. in addition, Anna did not seem the least bit "crazy" when she made the video. Lastly, Virgie never talked to Anna about Daniel's death and was the only person who violated the agreement not to bring photogs to the morgue. She brought Splash. Anna was right--Virgie was jealous of her beauty and the attention Anna got. How close is Virgie to her other grandchildren? Biological parents abuse their children, misuse them and have no rights. It should be considered a priviliege to be a parent. Children are not objects that any one has a "right" to....She wasn't a loving mom or grandmother or maybe Daniel would have called her when he was alone in LA. But he didn't and that speaks volumes. I believed Anna's accusations 100%--her wishes and the knowledge she has about Virgie should be respected.

As for HKS, kudos to you, but I'm not surprised. All you Howard haters must have terrible people in your lives because you can't believe a person could actually love Anna without having an evil agenda. From all E series, it's obvious HKS is her biggest fan--he thought she was hysterical, liked her fat or thin, and did re-start her career. He did work for free--he also worked for free for other clients (rock bands). No matter what HKS does, you people criticize. And so far, none--NONE of the rumors about him have been true. The guy tried and couldn't save Anna. Anyone who thinks he didn't love her is nuts. You can see it. Would you rather have a loyal friend like HKS or Vrigie?

Virgie is Danilynn's Grandmother and we can't take what some drugged up junkie Histrionic diseased and Bi-Polar whore's word about anything! Her Mother was ok raising her son Daniel for the first eight years; and supposeably these terrible things happened to Vicki Lynn when she was a child!

66. Actually the law is very clear about grandparents rights. I know this because I had a "biological grandfather" sue for visitation.

If one parent is still alive, they have the right to allow or not allow visitation by ANYONE.... even grandparents. Grandparents only have rights if they can prove that they have already created a bond and relationship with the child. This is not the case and Anna made it clear that she didn't want Vergie anywhere near her child.

Now if Anna had allowed Vergie to see Danilynn prior to her death, then Vergie would have a case, but that is not the case. Plain and simple..... the father, be it Howard or Larry or whomever will have the right to keep Vergie away from Danilynn. There is enough proof that she will not have kind words about Anna or either of the fathers and that is detrimental to the child. NO JUDGE WILL AWARD VARGIE ANYTHING!!!!!! Mark my words!

Regarding Vergie. She can maintain visitation privileges. Custody - I do not think she'll fight that battle UNLESS Larry is not the father.

72. If this is true this will put a better light on Howard. I never once had a good thing to say about him but if Larry is the Father this will be a great way to transition all in the name for baby. I never liked Howard but Larry having his baby is the important..never thought I would say this but you seem human. Today.
