184. 23. Well...I hope Howard sues the estate for this one! That lying slut told him he was the father and even put his name on the birth certificate. He certainly deserves to be compensated for her lies.

Actually I hope the exact opposite sues Howard for lying on the birth certifificate knowing that he was not the biological father!!! It was his own fault for not taking the test!!! No one least of all Anna stopped him.

In his own egotistical manner he thought that just signing his name on a birth certificate would be enough for the Bahamian Courts to turn a blind eye which they didn't thanks to Larry Birkhead's determination to battle this out in open court.

Larry Birkhead has shown honestly and integrity from the moment he announced that he believed he was the biological father and the Bahamian courts finally believed him today!!!

He could have had any number of opportunities to do the test but chose not to!!!! As far as the estate goes, when the time comes, it belongs to Dannie-Lynn and Larry Birkhead will make sure with a lot of sound advice from his family who have supported him and trust me Howard's days are outnumbered!!!!

At the news conference today, Howard K. Stern said that he would not stand in the way of Larry Birkhead being the biological father and that he will make sure that Larry gets full custody of Dannie-Lynn!!! So no Howard will not fight for custody!!!

Any chances of Hwoard K. Stern getting full custody of the child is absolutely slim to none because he would have to prove that he is a fit parent and I can assure you that the Birkhead camp will have no problems challenging Howard on this if he continues to take it to the next level.

But as it now stands, there is now going to be a transition period, according to Larry Birkhead's sister for a short time because they want the child to go home to the family without delay!!!! So Larry Birkhead is not going to wait around for Howard K. Stern to put up any stumbling blocks or delays any longer than necessary!!

The custody hearing though will be on Thursday and Friday but guess what I don't think Howard K. Stern will be there if he is not contesting Larry's custody but maybe they all have to be in court so that they can wrap things up but there's not a chance for Howard to sweep Virgie aside so easily!!! So it will be interesting what the Judge will decide!!!

You don't have a thing to worry about!!! Did you get the chance to watch CNN tonight - Judy Birkhead was in an exclusive interview with Larry Birkhead and she said that they come from a big family in Kentucky and that they believe in family values and she herself believes Virgie is sincere and that Larry and Virgie have made arrangements to talk on Thursday and they will work something out!!!! Keep your fingers crossed for Friday that it will be a happy outcome for both parties excluding Howard K. Stern.

187. 165. Wouldn't it be something if neither one was really the father and they made a deal to say Larry was the father to keep Vergie away? Watch , Larry might get sole custody on paper, but they will have joint custody in secret. I think there is more to this. What if that fake Prince was really the father and they didn't want anyone to know and Vergie was left in the dark about it? I can think of some more theories, but I won't. By the way I don't care who the dad is as long as the baby is raised right.

Nice try – you forgot that Dr. Michael Baird who did the testing of the DNA had the results with him was present in the courtroom to disclose the results to the parties so 99.9.9.9% positive that there is no chance for anyone else to be the father but Larry Birkhead!!!! So your theory doesn’t work in this case!!!

188. Have been reading some posts on the site with interest and responded to a few and just wanted to say, well done Dr. Michael Baird!!!! Thank you so much for making it possible for Larry Birkhead to finally prove today in court and around the world and most of all to Howard K. Stern once and for all that he is the biological father, 99.9.9.9% positively sure that its not Howard K. Stern!!!

Larry looked so happy today going into the court house and leaving it - I've been watching some of the media coverage of the day and one of the nicest things that came up was from Tony Potts who spoke to Larry for a while and he told Tony Potts that he has been going to parenting classes and he had to learn how to do diaper changes and they even put him on a timer which totally threw him off - and there were some jokes and laughs about that but it seemed so heart warming to hear just how much of a natural father he will be to Dannie-Lynn. Also he said that most of the guys at the Bahamas would want to go over to the bars to celebrate but Larry said that he had promised his nephews that he would hang out with them by the pool!!

Another great moment came from Dr. Baird himself when Dannie-Lynn did the swab at the doctors office, she was squirming, fussy, and looked to him really so cute and he even said that he was touched to see when Larry reached out to her with a finger and she grabbed hold of it!!!!

I think I read a post from someone saying how sad it was to see the look of Birkhead's face, the look of joy of any new father to be and how sad it was that he could only show it now for the first time after being denied by so many months of fighting in the courtrooms!!!

Another final touching moment was from Judy Birkhead Larry's sister who said that even the nephews adore their uncle and love spending time with him more so than their own parents that’s how great their brother is to children!!!

Dannie-Lynn is one very lucky little girl and is young enough to bond happily with her new family!!!! I think that we finally have a very happy ending to a very bitter fight!!!

I want to say that, I'm totally over joyed thatLArry is the father, I mean, it's clear you can tell, she looks like Anna and him, Now as for howard, Sure we feel maybe a little remorse for him, but he was mean by taking that baby and not letting the grandmother see her until the cameras was around, that's just wrong, now, as far as Howard is concerned i REALLY think theys hould look at what he did, I think, the way the notes are saying is that he should also be accused of commiting murder, I mean he got all the meds in his name?? WTF is that, then he gave them to Anna, Now thats not a husband or a friend, as far as i see it he is part of her death big time alopng with that damned doctor. They should revoke his license and put his butt in jail, and hey take howard with him too, Dang i remember he reality show, it was cool but to see howard on her butt like that all the time was nerving, now whats going to happen bet you they both walk free and howard wont even get charged and not only do i think that but im sure alot of oyu also feel the same way!!!

195. I just want to say Congrates Larry, You take very good care of that precious Angel. You deserve to be happy but for Howard's sake please don't cut him out. Dannielynn is all he has left of Anna and you shouldn;y strip him of that. I know he wasn't the MOST cooperative but I feel he deserves to be a part of her life.. Friend or uncle something after all he has raised her for her whole life and Anna would be very happy to know that Howard can still see the child. Take care of yourself and your precios Angel.
