46. Her name should totally be changed. Birkhead has been claiming she's his daughter since Anna got pregnant! It never should have been anything else to begin with and everyone involved knew that.

49. I think Larry should change her name back to what Anna originally named her Hannah, was it? She did not change her name to Dannielyn until her son Daniel died. Whihc I think is a terrible burden to put on any child. What about Hannah Nicole Birkhead? or Hannah Smith Birkhead?

53. She should have her father's last name. But he should keep her given first name and maybe add Anna's name in there for good faith. Should be Dannielynn Hope Smith Birkhead. And Virgie should just let the baby go him with her daddy! This child will never have a normal life as it is; she doesn't need a pestering grandmama causing her more problems!

54. The reason I said Dannielynn Smith - Birkhead, was becuase for one, she is not a marshall, her mother married into that not dannielynn. Dannielynn will forever grow up not knowing the touch or the voice of her mother, know matter what she may have or did not do... The least everyone can do is give her a piece of her mother that is real and will last forever...

55. Based on her roots and the madness following her mother and brother's deaths, I think Larry should take her and go into the witness protection program! He should rename her completely so that she can grow up normally. She doesn't have a chance whether her name is Marshall, Stern or Birkhead.

I hope he does change her last name! Lord knows she'll want to anyway when she's older and learns about everything that happened. He should keep her first and middle name, to make her officially Dannielynn Hope Birkhead!
