74. She shouldn't have "either man's last name"?? Oh Puleeze! Having the same last name as their parents - or parent, as the case may be - helps children identify themselves as part of a family.
If ANS's legal last name was Marshall, then and only then leave Marshall in her name. Dannielynn Marshall Birkhead.
Otherwise, it should be Dannielynn Smith Birkhead.
