Don't Hold Your Breath -- Daddy Time Still Hours Away!

Despite reports that Anna Nicole Smith's babydaddy would be revealed at 10:00 AM EDT, TMZ has learned that the hearing to determine custody of Dannielynn will start in the Bahamas at 2:30 PM EDT -- so keep your pants on.

We're told that all the usual parties -- Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern, and Virgie Arthur -- will be present. You can expect Virgie to declare her intent to seek custody of the baby, even if Birkhead is the biological father.

77. (AP) NASSAU, Bahamas A Bahamas court is expected to rule today in the paternity case of Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter.

But the results of the DNA testing won't be made public, under Bahamian legal rules. And the people fighting over custody of the child -- Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern and Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur -- have been ordered not to talk about the results after the ruling.

The child, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, could inherit millions from the estate of Smith's late husband, J. Howard Marshall.

Stern was listed as the father on Dannielynn's birth certificate when she was born in September.

Hmmmmmmm.....more waiting??????

78. Hi all I was just wondering....say for a reason the Virgie gets custody of the baby. When she returned to US why wouldn't Larry take her to the US courts where he would win hands down?
Of course all presumed that Larry is the father and that Bahamas would give Virgie custody, being that they favor a woman's rights over a man?

83. I would think if Larry really does turn out to be the father ole' Virgie won't have a legal leg to stand on. They ALWAYS let children stay in custody of the surviving parent unless they are proven unfit in court. Since poor Larry has not had an opportunity to do any parenting, he can't be proven unfit.......I don't think she will be able to get her hands on that baby unless they can't find her real father. I think Larry is the father, and that his only motivation is parental rights. He started this whole thing before Anna Nicole passed away. There was no money at stake at that time. I just hope things work out the best for Dannielynn.

84. I have been reading these comments and am astonished to see how many blind people are out there. Howard for one was giving her pills ( which was illegal when they were in his name.) FELONY. Howard was an enabler, which isn't a crime, but Anna hasn't had a clear mind for years, and would be deemed unfit to testify by any prosecutor. Howard is nothing but scum, trash and a lot of other things. Howard hasn't worked in years, but has been getting an "allowance" from Anna and his mother and dad. What a waste of a degree. This tells me a lot about this money hungry scum.

Larry is the dad, I truely hope so.

They could have saved themselves some money, and a LOT of time, by just asking Harvey Levin OR all of you people that are so damn sure it's Larry Birkheads baby!

(Like ALL of you were there in the bed with Larry & Anna when the child was conceived)
