167. Howard K. Stern does not need a pugnacious lawyer to fight off the news media because Howard K. Stern has done all the damage to himself by his own actions:

1) his so-called love for a vulnerable, uneducated, spoilt, child-like woman was in the form of supplying her with drugs (even placing them in her mouth) and the destructive effects they ultimately had on her, on her 20 year old son and very likely also on an innocent baby in utero (not to mention the long-term effects on this little girl). This is not supposition nor false representation by the media. There are direct witness accounts from reliable sources close to Anna Nicole Smith of these actions by Howard K. Stern and these are actions that equate with endangerment, possibly even manslaughter. That the authorities are not investigating him is bewildering to any lay person (bearing in mind that 12 jurymen/women are your average everyday citizens). Such lack of action on the part of the police and judicial authorities is, I believe, something that could only happen in a country like America - a society of contradictions and unfathomable extremes;
2) he absconded with Anna Nicole Smith and the baby to the Bahamas to cut Larry Birkhead out of the family action and has been thwarting every action by Larry Birkhead to establish his paternity and formation of a bond with his biological daughter. This is fact and is tantamount to kidnapping. A legal action of sorts should also be brought against Howard K. Stern for this obstruction - frivolous at the very least - which has eventuated in costing a lot of people a lot of time and money;
3) he has been living in the house that is the property of another and without the consent of that owner. This is fact and is known as squatting;
4) by his own admissions Howard K. Stern was financially supported by Anna Nicole Smith, and now by his parents. These are facts and the adjectives that best describe a male adult who lives off other people are sponger, parasite, leech, no-hoper, an idiot in the final analysis;
5) has anyone stopped for one moment to think about that so-called commitment ceremony - more like a farce or circus - that Howard K. Stern and Anna Nicole Smith went through - just a very short time after her 20 year old son's death. A wedding is a celebration and who, with any decent values, has the stomach for celebrating when your son has just died and not even been buried. If that is acceptable behaviour in American society then American society is a disgrace. From the video footage it would seem quite obvious that Anna Nicole Smith was drugged up to her eyeballs so in that sense could not be held entirely responsible for that commitment ceremony. So the blame and any judgements must fall squarely at the feet of Howard K. Stern. On the scale of common decent human values that is way off the scale and is conduct best qualified as indecent.

That Larry Birkhead is negotiating with someone of the likes of Howard K. Stern arouses suspicion. There is more to this than the public knows. If not then Larry Birkhead is naive and too good a soul. He needs to wise up to the Macchiavellian machinations of Howard K. Stern.

168. We were at the La Quinta Resort for Easter break when a woman at the pool announced, 'LARRY BIRKHEAD IS THE FATHER', everyone at the pool clapped and shouted 'YEA FOR LARRY'. It was interesting to see and hear all the support Larry has. People have no respect for Howard, none.
