I'm Gonna See My Baby Tonight!!!

Larry Birkhead told TMZ he plans to contact Howard K. Stern in the next hour and take him up on his offer made during the news conference to see Dannielynn -- and he'd like to see her this evening.

Ron Rale, Howard's longtime friend/lawyer, says "Howard has already called Larry's hotel twice since the hearing to ask him to come over tonight, but hasn't been able reach him." Rale adds, "Howard not only wants Larry, but Larry's entire family that is in the Bahamas to come over this evening to start getting to know Dannielynn."

Rale adds Howard wants Larry to come over as much as possible to make the transition. Sources say the transition will probably take between two and four weeks. Rale says Howard has been in contact with professionals to obtain advice on how to transition in the healthiest way for Dannielynn.

Rale says Howard wants Larry to know, if he gets the overture through TMZ, to give him a call, STAT!

32. I hope this is a lesson for people everywhere. This man did not want his baby to be damaged from the drugs Anna Nicole was on. He told Anna if she did not get off the drugs he would sue for custody. She told him she was going to rehab for 30 days. Then he found out she had moved out of the country and claimed Howad Stern was the father. In interviews, Anna Nicle slurred that he was crazy and knew he wasn't the father but was trying to obtain fame. Thank God, fate worked. Good luck Larry.

Could it be that HOWARD was on a sinking ship and is trying to salvage what he can to save his sorry ass?

I think the gestures of today are great for Larry --- but I think HK$ has his own interests at heart.

Facing a coroner's inquest, as well as possible wrongful deaths suits, I guess he is willing to kiss just about anyone's ass.

It is just a matter of time and he will be kissing Virgie's ass, too.

Meanwhile, I see that the STERN Camp, in the person of RON RALE, has talked Harvey Levin into his corner in the PR blitz they have mounted for HK$. - Now TMZ is an instrument of HKS.

37. I'm so happy for him. Finally the baby can be with someone who I hope isn't taking drugs. First thing I'd do if I were Larry is have that baby tested to make sure all drugs Anna took during her pregnancy didn't harm the baby. No one is mentioning that. But yay and kudos to Larry. He was robbed of so many months of his daughter's life. About damn time he got her! So can ZaZa's husband crawl back into the woodwork again. Thanks! LOL

38. Ms. Kitty....never mind an attorney. Larry should bring a shot gun and take his daughter....to hell with a transition. Dannielynn needs to get out of that MAD HOUSE and away from those freaks!!!!

41. Stern's onto plan B. New he couldn't continue to hold onto this baby he knew wasn't his anymore - didn't work out. Plan B, work his weaseling on Birkhead, pretending now he's a caring, concerned party in this ("Is this a mushroom trip?" "This will be worth a lot of money" "Hee hee") . Birkhead better wake up and better bring his lawer. Stern does not have clean hands in this by any means in all the sordid details of this case (Anna' death, Daniel's death, enabling drugs, seeking out a haven to prevent a natural father from his right of parenthood to his daughter - almost 7 months of development and bonding denied between parent and child). Wake up, Larry. This is a rattle snake you're dealing with. Just get your baby ASAP and run!!!

43. I want to know the name of these professionals? Is it Dr. E.? Don't trust anything Much Mr. Stern or R Rales says. I think Mr. Stern should not dictate transition. Just take the baby away . as soon as the Courts allow. Don't play the Delay game of Mr. Stern and over my dead body Bonnie. This is a dangerous enviorment for the baby. Get her away as soon as the Courts allow.

Thank goodness Lin Wood has muzzled, successfully, many hysterical members of the media.
