I'm Gonna See My Baby Tonight!!!

Larry BirkheadLarry Birkhead told TMZ he plans to contact Howard K. Stern in the next hour and take him up on his offer made during the news conference to see Dannielynn -- and he'd like to see her this evening.

Ron Rale, Howard's longtime friend/lawyer, says "Howard has already called Larry's hotel twice since the hearing to ask him to come over tonight, but hasn't been able reach him." Rale adds, "Howard not only wants Larry, but Larry's entire family that is in the Bahamas to come over this evening to start getting to know Dannielynn."

Rale adds Howard wants Larry to come over as much as possible to make the transition. Sources say the transition will probably take between two and four weeks. Rale says Howard has been in contact with professionals to obtain advice on how to transition in the healthiest way for Dannielynn.

Rale says Howard wants Larry to know, if he gets the overture through TMZ, to give him a call, STAT!

46. Some people are going to continue trash talking and accuse HKS of more nefarious schemes. This is just to keep themselves in a feeding frenzy as the paternity issue winds down.
Doesn't anyone have anything better to do than accuse, accuse, accuse?

I know I do. Larry is the father and Howard is trying to do what he can to transition the baby, not drag Larry over there to poison him!

Can't wait to see what happens next!

Wonder what Howie's next tactic will be??? I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt but I don't want to be so naive as to think he's turned over a new leaf all of the sudden. It's hard to forget his previous actions. Amicable words are not enough. All his futureactions and the upcoming hearings/inquests have yet to unfold as it should.

Im glad Larry is going to get his child as he should...ForHoward to be backing down so to speak how much is he asking for....After all he was and is a cling on a man that lives off a woman for that long doesnt deserve to be called a MAN!!!! 56. Trust me folks..............neither party is reading these blogs and they could care a less what anyone thinks. I'm sure after he goes to the toy store he and his family will go over to Horizons...............and I'm sure 100% possitive ET will be there to tape the whole damn thing too. Hope we hear all the details tho!!

Larry was a total cutie today! What a sense of humor. Howard did concede, but I felt his remarks about "dealing with the bad media soon" was uncalled for!............He better get his facts straight. But truth be told......he's looking for more money in his pocket so he can live in the Bahamas a while longer. I hear Moe was sending his ass money to to liveoff of. We'll see. Just hope we hear about it all!

Thank God justice worked in this case! I am so happy that Bahamas recognized Larry as the bio father using DNA!!!!!!!!

Can't help but wonder if HKS is trying to manipulate Larry and the situation. I think he's definitely trying to paint Virgie as the bad guy to try to redeem his image (which IMO is not redeemable) - and no HKS it's not what the media said about you that makes me think you are such a low life - IT's YOUR OWN ACTIONS .

I really hope DL doesn' t have long term problems b/c of all the drugs.

Why did HKS's attorney have to introduce into evidence the email from Larry accusing ANS of cheating on him with so many others? If HKS cared about DL he NEVER would have offered this into evidence. It was only an attempt to discredit Larry as the potential father.
