Dannielynn could be a very rich little girl, especially if her ship comes in on the Marshall estate to the tune of $423 million. The question -- who should administer the trust?

According to Anna's will, Stern was supposed to be the trustee for Daniel in the event she died. Obviously, Anna didn't bank on Daniel dying before her, and there were no provisions made for Dannielynn. This is the stuff court cases are made of. Whoever administers the trust -- could earn 3% in trustee fees each year, and that comes to $12.6 million.

31. Larry Birkhead is clueless... He couldnt' even keep in touch with the mother of his baby! Howard is the one who should do it. He was faitful and knows Anna and now her baby the best.
Larry will be a good father but should not control money.

32. PLEASE TMZ, we want to see the video of Howard K being evicted from the mansion! Hopefully, the Bahamian authorities will have more guts than the Florida authorities and charge howard with Daniel's murder. Hopefully, Larry will bring for Dannylynn, a wrongful death action against Howard K in Florida.

33. sorry larry-lovers, the trustee won't be the father...it has to be someone who's not directly (profit-teering off) the child with the trust as larry would be doing...howard as trustee makes legal sense....

37. I didn't feel sorry at all for HK$ with his speech...he brought everything on himself. HK$ had no choice today, he was defeated.


HK$ says he's staying in the Bahamas. I wonder who is going to support him?

38. Howard should handle the estate, as he has handled all of Anna Nicole's business, legal and contractual affairs. (Because they were often over Anna's head, but I love her so much.) He should continue to manage the business. Larry gets the kid, Howard needs to remain executor to Anna's financial/legal affairs. He has worked so very long on the Marshall suit and he deserves compensation that ANS never gave to him due to its pendency.

1. File Motion to Compel Production of Will - no matter what it says.
2. Open the case - you have to open the case to have HK$ removed.
3. Ditch HKS and request a quiet hard working lawyer or accountant who does not seek the limelight. But in reality, because of all the limelight, the court will probably choose an executor for you.

(I just went through it! Watching a twisted, crooked executor lose his powers and storm out of a courtroom being stripped of all power ... PRICELESS!)

Oh and Larry, please be warned HK$ permformance with $$$ is not impressive. If he has no funds of his own to manage, how can he manage others?

Where the hell does Howard think he is going to stay in the Bahamas, before it was mentioned that he wanted to make a deal for the pink house, the boat and be executive of the estate or have rights to Anna's name sake. If NO deals were made, and Howard said he has made NO money from TV or picture deals and Mommy and Daddy are paying for all his attorneys, according to Bonnie, Then HOW the hell can he afford to just live in the Bahamas?

She has a very tenuous link to Howard Marshall...

45. Has anyone else noticed HKS looks like ass lately? Pale, no sleep circles under eyes, really depressed expressionless face. I wouldn't be surprised if he did something to himself after the baby is out of his custody.
