47. Howard has shown is does not do the right thing and will "skirt" the law if necessary
(i.e. prescriptions in his name, hiding behind Bahamaian laws, etc.)

I wouldn't let him manage my cats litter box.

48. Anna Nicole's estate will probably never see one penny from the wife, children and grandchildren of Pierce Marshall. Pierce & Anna have died ~ Anna took a video of
J. Howard Marshall making it clear he only left her what he gave her in life which
was very generous.

Pierce Marshall's attorney will fight this case harder than ever & he may just win the case for the Marshall family.

It would be extremely difficult for HKS since he put all his eggs in one basket.

Whatever the final results are it will take years to probate Anna's will.

There are a lot of things HKS probably has in the works for his future, he should not
hurt for money - although he told Judge Larry he would give up all the money.

Nobody knows how it will turn out until after the legal mess Anna left is cleaned up.

It seems HKS was in over his head & should have had Anna's legal matters in oder since
she was the only client he had. Either way, Dannielynn can live fine off her Daddy's salary.

Many children grow up in homes where the father makes a lot less money than Larry.

This is a good look at how money can allow you to simply destroy yourself.

50. Larry does not get ANS' estate. That will be held in trust for DL until she reaches the age of majority or whenever the trust dictates she is to receive it. Larry does not inherit anything by being the father of DL. She inherits whatever is left after all the bills paid. The estate of ANS will retain her likeness/image/name and any monies earned off of that will go into trust for DL. The trustee will manage the money, not Birkhead. JMHO.

52. This just in!! The baby has just been diagnosed with retardation. Larry wants Howard to keep the baby, but Howard insists that Larry won her fair and square.

54. She's Larry's baby, so Larry should be in charge of anything and everything concerning that baby........PERIOD.

Besides I believe that the "will" won't make it through court.
I believe it will be thrown out in probate.
Null and void.
just wait and see.

The baby's FATHER should be in charge.

Stern should get a REAL JOB and MOVE ON WITH HIS LIFE.

55. I think Larry should drop the entire Lawsuit as it is!!! ANS Tycoon was way before Dannielynn was born! I personally think Dannielynn and Larry should start brand new, and leave ANS past behind him. Let him start fresh with his baby! He wasn't trying to prove he was the Daddy for the money....he wanted to prove it because he knew she was his daughter from the beginning!! I can't stand HKS and all the drugs he had in his name and watching ANS take them while she was even pregnant! That's just someone that doesn't care at all!!! Larry should go get Dannielynn now, and take her on home in LA where she belongs! Virgie? Get a life!! You have a snowballs chance in hell to get Dannielynn...I don't care if you "are" family!!!

56. Interesting scenario.... Anna fought for J. Howard's estate for 12 years. It was Stern who helped to take her case to the Supreme court.... still she got nothing... Anna is dead... Dannielynn not even mentioned in Anna's will. There is NO MONEY for Dannielynn. There will be many disappointed folks out there... if Anna was not able to get a dime... do you really think they will give it to this child who had no relations to J Howard.... besides which... they wont have Stern at the helm.... should be very interesting to see what happens.

59. I still don't think ANS estate will get money from the Marshalls. It would be easier if Dannilynn is J. Howard Marshall's biological baby, and we all know that she is not. So, Larry, just take good care of your child with your hard earned money & not expecting to get a drink from the next well...(i'm being philosophical here).

With help & lots of love from your family, your child will grow up to be just fine.

60. Let Howard remain as the executor because he has been involved since day one and this will expediate things. Legally I am assuming that Larry as parent and guardian would be able to ensure Howard is accountable for all actions. All I say is keep Vergies paws off everything or it will never be dealt with.
