How long would it have been before Anna got rid of Howard? If she ever became sober, even for a day, she would have thrown his ass out and changed everythihg anyway. The baby is Larry's. He wanted the baby before she was even born. He was worried about custody while Howard was covering his ass thru control. I dont think Howard is going to be a problem. The problem is Virgie. Ive read about her children...she just didnt screw up with Anna. No way would I want her raising my child. She only wants to be in a position to receive money from being an administer of the trust and share those proceeds with Larry. Im a grandmother and a damn good one, but I could not , and would not want to raise another child unless there was no mother or father. They need to send her home wtih nothing and then see how much she wants to raise a little baby into a responsible and happy adult. Good Luck Larry....Goodbye Virgie.

I agree with Caroline.Howard was at Anna's side til the end and she had trust in him know matter what anyone thinks,he loved and cared for her ,Daniel and baby Dannielynn.I hope Larry and Howard can be friend's after all they both loved Anna ,Daniel and Dannielynn.I just hope that Vergie isn't apart of the babies life as Anna wanted.Vergie was not a good Mother to Anna and why should she be a part of Anna's little girl's life.She just wants to get back at Anna and this would be her last chance to get back at her by seeing the daughter that Anna said she'd never lay her hands on.So please Larry carry Anna's wishes out and banish vergie from ever seeing Dannielynn.

Dont you think that Larry has it all planned out , he THINKS he is gonna be a star now and be in the spotlight all the time and he thinks he is gonna live off Anna`s money from the Marshal lawsuit , but IF there is ever any money to come out of that lawsuit , it will be Dannielynns NOT LARRYS. And yes Howard deserves his part of the money , after all he has been the one who has stayed by Anna`s side all these years and worked on that case . For all you that wanna accuse Howard dont forget karma , what you set and type on here can all come right back atcha and then some . 727. Howard K Stern is a golddigger lawyer with only one client: The very sedated,wealthy Anna Nicole. He has no income of his own,no home of his own....not even a car of his own. She was his cash cow. Even his own sister stated that their parents are supporting him right now. Hello?? He's a 40+ grown man...er.....sponge. 728. If..and it's a BIG IF..the money is ever paid, Larry should appoint an estate caretaker for his baby's money. One other note, would the court of the Bahamas actually consider
giving Granny Virgie even partial custody? These powdered wig heads need to look at the video where Anna says "she will never touch my child." I almost feel sorry for Howard....he's losing the baby, the money, and the house where he's squatting. I said "almost" feel sorry. This mess could have been setteled just after 8 Feb if HKS hadn't thrown up every roadblock he could come up with. Now Virgie will continue with her greedy tactics. Those pudgy little hands need major bling.

731. Stern hasn't made any money on his own.. Nicole paid for everything, and after her death, he was asking his family and friends for money.. When I was growing up, someone like this was called a "Giggilo".. I think since he was an "attorney" (?), he "conned" Nicloe into signing any and everything he put in front of her, on the pretext of "looking out for her, and taking care of her.." Now; we come to Texas Trash Vergie.. Where did she ever get that God AWFUL blue dress?? That style went out in the mid 50's, but I guess when you're from "Dump Truck, Texas", I guess that's the latest in fashion.. Larry should just go in, get the baby, tell Stern to "Pack sand", and get on with being "Daddy", and building a life for the 2 of them, away from the media, and giving the baby a chance to have a "normal" life..

735. Howard should get nothing. He will make enough money from the book he will write and that's enough for him. Of course, the book will be from his screwed up opinions. Howard was there when Daniel and Anna died. Howard has not been a responsible lawyer for Anna. He has no business screwing up the rest of her estate. Greedy Howard is probably right now trying to figure out a way to get rid of Larry. I would caution Larry to be very careful of accidents and being posioned. I would tell Larry get that little girl away from Howard as soon as is possible!! How is the person who made all of this mess in the beginning. The law suits, etc. You can see the devil in him.
