***TO CLAIM HE IS GOING TO STAY IN THE BAHAMAS BECAUSE HE DOESN'T WANT TO LEAVE ANNA AND DANIAL ALONE IS REDICULOUS AND SHOWS HOW DELUSIONAL HE IS.

93. HKS is NOT the executor or in charge of Annas estate....the will is a copy and is therefore invalid....

Subsequently Anna has died intestate and her next of kin should apply to control it, namely Dannielynn....due to DL being a minor this is now the job of LARRY BIRKHEAD.

Face it.... he IS the DADDY and he has rights to sort out her estate........

HOWARD has NO say from this point with the will being INVALID.

94. i don't think there's going to be money in the huge estate--but in tv appearances, premium items--likely there are more diaries, etc. but larry should decide.

95. They just said on courttv that there will be bitter battle for custody. Howard is not giving up this easy. He wants that money connected to the court battle with the Marshalls. So does Ron Rale. He fought to in the court for money. Unless they find some evidence about Howard in the inquest that might take care of all of this. Today was for the inquest. He can't seem like a mean person with everyone watching him and then go to the inquest and seem innocent.

97. Is everyone forgetting that Anna took numerous drugs while she was pregnant with Dannielynn and Howard allowed this destruction? It's a miracle that she turned out with only one head! Howard enabled Anna and tried to make money off of her every chance he got. He's a man of no morals and obviously no conscience. He claimed he loved Anna but where was he in her final hours? Buying a damn boat. Umm, yeah.

98. i knew for a fact that hks was not the father. he kept say it to everyone but no one read between the lines when he would say if larry was the father he would stand back. of course he knew who the father was. all hks wanted was the money poor little danielynn will maybe get. larry i am so happy for you i hope that you get full custody of little danielynn she deserves to be with you and virgie you need to leave that girl alone. you couldnt even take care of your own kids what makes you think that you can take good care of this baby. she to just wanted the money. all except larry were in it for the money. all larry wanted was to get HIS child back and thats what he got. good luck i wish only the best for you and YOUR daoughter.i hope that hks and virgie get what they deserve.

103. ITS SUCH A SHAME THAT ALL ALONG HKS KNEW THIS BABY WAS LARRY'S AND HE COULD OF HAD A DNA TEST FROM DAY 1 SO WHEN HE CAME OUT LOOKING SAD HE DID NOT MOVE ME. 104. Not all is about money. Remember Anna telling her friend she wishes rather to be on a chicken farm than to fight in courts for her share of her husband's estate. Larry is a lucky man. He got to have his child and that what matters. He is for real,he cared about Danny and Anna. He flew to Bahamas to visit Daniel's grave. Virgie found the flowers he left and she was thankful for that. He will make a great father. HKS should forget about Danielynn,Anna and Danny. He has done enough
