94. Did Stern really want what was best for Dannielyn.? If so, this would not have gone on for as long as it did. What is important now is that this precious baby be transitioned to her Father. Larry and Howard must work together to make sure Dannielynn is able to leave where she has been all of her life as easily as possible. Yes, she is only an infant but she has bonded to those where she is now. With much love and patience Larry will be able to help her realize who her family is. I am a CASA who works with children who have been abused. As much as I have not cared for Mr. Stern the transition he is talking about is critical. All the best to Dannielynn...Debbie in Colorado

95. Doesn't make much sense to comment at this late in the game but Howard you really showed your true colors today. And I commend you for it.

I'm as guilty as anyone. I watched the ANS show and laughed at her antics. I thought she was 'off'. But I never took my feelings to a blog or a site to ridicule her. So many hurtful things that I'm sure she took to heart.

There's mention of how many want to be celebrities or famous these days. After watching or reading the last few weeks I can't understand why. So you can have opinions/photos/interviews that very seldom show anyone in a good light? That news agencies that once took pride in their position to present the facts can now become the newest online tabloid?

I'm thinking that Anna welcomed the Bahama's. That it was a chance at a more peaceful exsistence. That maybe a camera or a reporter weren't hanging from the tree limbs for the latest exclusive. It's obvious that very few had any real intentions of not using her for what she could do for them. I think she was finally coming to a place where the past was not on her mind all the time. And she was trying to wean herself off of her addictions.

Of course Daniel's death changed that positive step. And grief can take some years to overcome. She never got that chance. But no where did I ever feel you did not love her and still do.

I hope that once Larry has custody of the baby he allows you to still be a part of her life. I also hope somewhere in time, you find solace thru these last few difficult months.

96. Nana..............................give it a rest. Sounds like you are refusing to let it go and are just looking for a way to release anger. Everyone involved has been wrong and did things they are not proud of.......Larry, Anna, Howard and Virgie. I'm glad the baby will end up with her daddy Larry. Howard still has custody and it will be transitioned slowly as it should be. Let the guys work it out, they will, you wait and see.

98. I'm upset. I thought Howard was the father. Larry Birkhead is only in it for Anna's estate. Look at it like this. Anna's estate goes to Dannielynn, and until Dannielynn is old enough the estate belongs to her custodial parent.

99. Okay... Now as far as I see it Anna was also at fault, cause she went on TV and said that HKS was the daddy, so I don't even believe it when she was calling her mom "MOMMY DEAREST" and making Vergie look like an evil woman... So it seems to me that HKS did have some kind of control over her to make her say those things or she is just a much a liar as HKS is.

101. Sternoids and Sternettes, why should we sympathize with Stern? What has he done other than cause a family rift, injustice, aiding in the harm of a fetus, enbaling, pimping, squatting and now trying to control the fortune of Dannilynne?

I owe him nothing.....actually I own all of Team Justice a round of applause for our undaunting refusal to buy into the propaganda that Stern was the father of Dannilynne.
Lest we forget 2 dead bodies and a shit load of drugs in Sterns name!

102. Has it dawned on any of you that perhaps HS actually thought he was the father; that perhaps ANS told him he was?
I do believe that since the DNA proves she is LBs, he should get custody.
I also think that if HS knew all along that he wasn't the father, he should rot in hell.

103. Actually, there are no "winners" today! The only certain outcome is that we know who the DNA originated with.

I would like to remind everyone, that this entire fiasco was master-minded by Anna herself! Had she not fled to the Bahamas to evade a paternity battle with Larry, both she and Daniel would still be alive! She was not an innocent angel; she was devious, conniving and cunning. Unfortunately, she paid the ultimate price for these actions and now poor little Dannielynn will pay the price too. What a pitiful legacy to leave your child...

Howard only compiled with Anna's wishes. He was in the proverbial Catch 22 or "rock and hard place". If he had abandoned her then we wouldn't have been any different that anyone else in her life (i.e. her Mother, Father, Sister...). Howard only wanted to protect Anna and DannieLynn. He fought the ultimate battle to protect her wishes. Which is exactly what each of us would do is rage a battle to protect the final wishes of our loved ones.

Let's just sit back and wait for the novels to be published. Larry is a photojournalist by trade... surely he will publish a book, if not several. He'll probably include never before seen photos of Anna to pay his $620,000 attorney's bill...

104. I for one HATED Howard and ridiculed him too many times on all of these blogs. I am glad that Larry is the father of Dannielynn. Howard was very sincere today. I think he is a broken man. I don't believe that he ever meant for ANYONE to die. I am ready to say that I hope Howard moves on with his life and I am done trashing him. Congratulations Larry and a think a slow transfer of the baby is the best thing to do. I know you and Howard will work together. Danniel and Anna, rest in peace.
