93. Verige is not the devil but I doubt she would get dual custody. There would be no reason for it. The biological father has been established and he gets custody and all that entails, end of story. If Larry wants to have Virgie be part of his daughter's life then he will set the appropriate terms. I'm sure that even if the courts don't mandate the assistance of social workers or therapists then he will seek their advice nonetheless. He seems like a smart man who will find out what is in the best interest of his daughter. Yes, Virgie seemed over the top sometimes but everyone has their own breaking point. I saw anger and pain and utter heartbreak, possibly over her own mistakes, when she pulled that number at the graveside. This has been psychological torture for all involved and it was brought on by Anna herself. As far as Larry sending nasty emails...who hasn't when they are angry. I'd rather get an angry email from the father of my child during a spat then a multitude of injections in my ass from a hanger on lawyer who is feeding poison in my ear.
Larry, bond with your daughter, rest, take your time and just let love lead the way.

96. It was her Attorney that said she is looking for Duel Custody. Virgie has NO chance in HELL of getting that baby. Larry will take her home and cut her loose. She will have to fight in California with this one. Virgie see only money in that poor baby. If she gets Duel Custody she gets part of the money too.

104. This disgusting, sorry excuse for a person deserves nothing. She has been self-interested to begin with, along with her disgusting attorneys. Her behavior and interference in the suit and burial of her own daughter, the fact that she had a media helicopter and journalist with her in Florida during the ordeal, the horrible way she treated her daughter, and her behavior in this entire ordeal are just a few reasons why this woman should have little or nothing to do with the little girl. Like someone above said, she should not be given an opportunity to ruin someone else's life. Anna Nicole would not have wanted this woman anywhere near her daughter.
