47. I think Anna's wishes shoudl be carried out. She did not want her mother to have anything to do with Dannielynn and I believe for good reason but none of us really know what kind of parent Vergie is or was except Anna and I think she has made it very clear thta she does not wish to have Dannielynn exposed to that

I agree with you. How can it be Virgie's fault that her 21-year-old son chose to commit a crime. Wouldn't it be nice if nothing we did as adults were our fault, and we could just blame it on mom.

Yes, she probably was lacking in the mother department but to suggest that this was her fault is absurd. If you will recall, Virgie dedicated her career to arresting criminals. She was a police officer for many years. Believe it or not - children of law enforcement officers are capable or being criminals. That doesn't mean it's the parents' fault.

57. If Larry is the father he should automatically gain custody of Dannielynn. If he isn't I would rather see Howard keep her than Virgie. I don't dislike Virgie, I just don't think she is a good mother. Go Larry! Go Larry!

58. Vergie will love her grandbaby, she is next of kin. Who are all you that will find fault with her, and throw a loving mother figure away, all she has in the world but $. $ killed her brother and mother, let Howard have it,split it with Larry and leave this mother to her child. 60. You know, I saw Virgie on a talk show just a few days after Anna died and she said she did NOT want to raise the child, she didn't say she wanted to see her, and didn't seem sincere at all. All she wanted to do was correct the way she had been portrayed in the media by Anna and Howard, and NOW, after all these weeks she wants custody. Unbelieveable.
