13041. I think Ford Shelly said that copies of the hard drive had been made. There must be some very interesting information on that hard drive. It would be interesting to see what it is. Why would Shelly have turned over Anna's computer to the police department if there had been no incriminating evidence on it. This puzzles me. Why did the police department only look at certain things on it if they did? Why all the mystery about what was on the hard drive? It was Anna's and she is dead so why wasn't every single item looked at and investigated? I wonder if they checked any deleted items?

13042. The fireworks are over, but I'm still wide awake with some time to read and think about the case.

If Alex Katz is an alias used by Alex Goen, then we can wonder if he was a visitor at the hospital room when Daniel died, too. Was he visiting his star, Anna Nicole, after her c-section to see how she was doing, and how soon she would be back to work for Trimspa?

Virgill's comments seem to be that there may have been one or more people in that room, not just a third person, when Daniel died.

I think there must be a lot of interesting information on those hard drives, and it's one of the reasons I believe this case is not over. Look how long it took to catch Scott Peterson.

We also have to wonder if some parties (Shelley, his father, Birkhead?) were able to use that information as leverage for whatever they wanted.

It seems that ANS met the Shelley/Thompson family through Birkhead. If Birkhead and the Shelley/Thompsons are friends, after ANS' death I could see them working together for common goals.

Why was Shelley in the room with Stern and Birkhead at the hotel supposedly to discuss ANS' funeral arrangements? Doesn't that strike you as odd?

But if Shelley was there because, at least at that time, he and Birkhead were aligned against Stern, then I can see why Stern would want him in on whatever "deal" he was trying to get Birkhead to accept.

Let's say there were emails on one of those computers that compromised Stern, and Shelley shared them with Birkhead.

Up to a point the two of them could be aligned against Stern, Shelley to get the house back, Birkhead to get the child he knew was not Stern's.

If I understood this right when I read it, HK$ (through Barf) filed an injunction preventing the ME & the police from seeing anything exept what THEY considered relevant to the case. In other words, they got to "pick and choose" what the ME and the police could see. They claimed if it was not done that way as the "named executor" HK$ could have the computers all destroyed.

13045. Did Anna paint that portrait of herself when she was overweight? Why was Ford Shelly with Howard K. Stern when Stern was going through Daniels pants after Daniel died. Didn't Shelly say he saw two pills fall out of Daniels pants? Wasn't it right after Daniel died that Thompson and Anna had the big blow out over that house? This saga with these players puzzle me. I wonder why the sudden blow up could it have been because Anna put Howards name on the birht certificate after asking Thompson too? I'm sure with the phoney committment ceremony that Shelly and Thompson had to know it was a farce. Maybe they knew something was rotten in Anna's camp. What was going on with this group. Could Shelly have suspected foul play in Daniels death? Not saying it is true just asking questions. I have a feeling people know more than they are saying. Shelly has copies of the hard drive. Why would he do that if there was nothing incriminating on it?. It would be interesting if these things on the computer were to suddenly become public. Something just doesn't seem right to me. I would sure like to see any hospital video footage that is available to see who really did go and see Anna and the baby while Daniel was there. Something stinks really bad just can't figure out what other than psuedo hubby. Something fishy with this other bunch too. Not sure why I feel that..

Lets get real here. How many "suspects" get to tell authorities what they can and cannot look into during an investigation. Oh please! this stinks to high heaven and back. I said at the begining when we first heard that Sanchez sat in on the examination of the comp that it was totally wrong. This is the worse public deplay of shoddy investigative work I have ever seen. Scares me to think what goes on that we DON"T know about.

It is the most bizarre case of negligent law enforcement I have ever heard. Starting with the Sheriff's department not even investigation of the scene until 4 hours AFTER Anna was taken to the hospital. ANYONE could clean up a crime scene in that length of time. They even said ALL the drawers were ram sacked, did they not find anything strange in that? Give me a break!!

It is like the culprits were ahead of, and outsmarted law enforcement at every turn.

I hate to think we have people serving in our cities who are that incompetent. That Juste woman who I believe did most of the autopsy, is as incompetent as the rest of them. Perper didn't even visit the scene, but sent her. He sure did not SEND her to all the TV interviews..........He is a sorry sucker anyway.

Juste did not take the sheets or the brown stain in the sink for testing, and NO ONE took the brown jar by the bed with liquid for testing. They are evidently like the keystone cops down there.

No & No.............Shelly said that HK$ SAID two pills fell out of Daniel's pants and then he ACTED like he flushed them down the toilet. I say "acted" like because I believe that was done so Shelly would think Daniel was using drugs.

They had the "blow up over the house before Daniel died, as Anna had torn up the trust deed in the lawyer's office and refused to sign it for the mortgage. She wanted Thompson to GIVE her the house. She was a con just like HK$.
