About Daniel's pants - that's yet another thing Stern could have easily set up. Didn't Daniel go from the airport straight to the hospital to see his mom? So his luggage was with him, giving Stern the opportunity to take A PAIR of Daniel's pants and plant those pills.

This case begs to be investigated, it reeks to high heaven of so much wrongdoing, please powers that be and Virgie Arthur, do not stop.

For the 2nd time, thank heaven Greta Van Susteren is pursuing this case. Who is the mystery interview, and when will it air? I can't wait, and I respect Dr. Baden and look forward to his comments. Sounds like Greta is working up a 1/2 hour or more segment on this.

For the 2nd time, Daniel came to the hospital with his luggage, so Stern would have had access to any number of clothing items. Any number of items could have been planted. Where again is the source for the 'two pills fell out of the pants' story?

I agree with you and RJMO 100%. I think now is the time to find a new name for this alledged "investigation". It is certainly apparent that all they did was to go through the motions of "pretending" to investigate Anna's death. Like her life and death was of no importance to anyone. This is a joke. It is also very sad.

From a legal stand point and those of us that watch to much CSI, we have been able to see through the veil of lies that have been fed to us from day1. We should applaud ourselves that inspite of the "visitors" that have attempted to distract our view, we have seen the clearer picture, we have seen the truth. With the death of Beniot family, we can hold some hope that others will NOW see what we have seen all along, and a new investigation will be launched and all the layers of lies peeled away. Hopefully if this is done, the truth will shine like a beacon in the night and the justice we have been searching for will be found.

13071. SORRY for the mess I made of the GVS posting. I made several attempts to post the comments with the url and the comment combined and would not go. I separated her comments from her url and worked fine. THEN everything! Sorry. I made a mess and can't explain it!

I do trust the hospital surveillance cameras, especially at entrance/exit sites were working that night and is well known when folks came and when folks left, also at airport. Am I expecting too much? If investigators checked a shirt, they would have certainly checked pants and there should have been NO Daniel pants at Horizon. IF the "pants" were in bag left in car, that would have been searched also. ANYTHING pertaining to Daniel should have been part of the investigation?

Back to the case and GVS. Just speculation here, but she has a fine legal mind, and she has got to have questioned a lot of what has happened since Daniel and then ANS died. She was a prosecutor, so she can smell a liar at 1000 paces. She knows what correct medical investigative procedure is in a suspicious death, so she has known from the start that the investigation into Daniel's death and now ANS' death makes no sense.

I've been a fan of her since her days commenting on the OJ Simpson case, so if this pit bull of the legal world has this case between her teeth, Stern better get on that boat or hire a plane to Argentina.

Key word here SHOULD. If it was not so sad it would be comical. How many errors have been made.? I posted earlier, or did I, don't remember seeing it. Maybe it will show up Saturday, Why they found the PI's card in Daniel's shirt pocket. I would think that he would have kept it in his wallet for "safe keeping". Did he show someone the card his mom, OP Shelly? That has always bothered me.

On Monday night's show we will have a very special guest: first lady Laura Bush at the White House.

Here is today’s challenge: Please tell me why Dr. Astin is being investigated (not charged) for supplying drugs to WWE star Chris Benoit and the doctors who prescribed all those drugs for Anna Nicole Smith are not being investigated — or at least we are not hearing about an investigation? Anna Nicole died with lots of drugs in her system and, while I am not a doctor, I am still perplexed why she had so many drugs in her system. Why would her doctors prescribe them, why the combination and in the quantity they were? Were there legitimate reasons or not? I think both Dr. Astin and the doctors who prescribed drugs for Anna Nicole should be investigated fully and fairly to see if they violated any laws. If they are investigated and no laws were violated, that should be announced so that their names can be cleared. That is the fair thing to do. And if any of the doctors violated the law there should be a prosecution. Of course it is important to point out that thus far there is no proof of any wrongdoing. Rather there are, in my opinion, some troubling facts that warrant an investigation. Sometimes suspicious facts turn out to be nothing.

You better do some research. FOrd Shelly stated on NATIONAL TV that his brother-in-law brought the pants to Howard once the were released by the police. So who had the opportunity AND motive to plant those pills in Daniel's Pocket. Police did not find them when they were in their position.

You really do not want to know what is going on here. It is a can of worms that should have been left unopened. There was an e-mail sent to one of us, stating that "Bimbo" had passed. The individual who received the mail posted the "news" to the rest of us. That was Friday night. Since then the Portrait site has exploded and the fall out is not pretty.

Still managing to find facts and interesting links. Doing so know in flack jacket and helmets.

Bimbo seemed to be very detail oriented. If you will notice, Bimbo would put the time and time-zone on her posts sometimes.

Please check Bimbo's Posts #11869, 11871, 11872. Take note that Bimbo
types the time and time-zone on these posts. Bimbo put CST on the posts.
Naples, FL IS NOT in that time-zone. It is time-zone EST.

All of the state of Florida falls in the CST time-zone EXCEPT in the Florida
Panhandle West of the Apalachicola River; a VERY SMALL area in the Panhandle that falls in the CST Time-Zone.

May be a good place to check the obits.

Just something to THINK about and CHEW on for awhile. Hope it helps you find the information about Bimbo.
