13937. There is an interesting article about the house in the Guardian where it states that "ANS' s partner HK$ got an unauthorized copy of the deed to the house and that is now what they are using to "claim" ownership to the house. This was not an original so it COULD NOT be recorded.

HK$ is big on COPIES..........he claims executorship with a COPY of a will, and ownership to a house with a COPY of a deed. How is he getting away with this? No other person could possibly get by such fraud.

They reported that HKS returned to Horizons the same night that ANS died. They spoke with him as did others. When ET did the bit aboard the plane about HKS having to tell DL that her mother had died (oh please, like a baby can relate) the nannies and others were stunned. HKS had ALREADY been there!

Remember the media rush and the atty saying that Mrs.Gibson had the baby? He said he had seen the baby. She and Ms. Gibson had left Horizons.

13941. 1976. 1935. Anna was in a "homemade" detox at the Hardrock. Ativan and a whole battery of drugs were given to her to overcome the Methadone DT's. It all went awry and of course the outcome was death.
Negligence is the factor here.
Since Daniel died of an overdose of Methadone the plan was to get Anna off Methadone, especially since the inquest was supposed to be around the corner. It didn't work even with the good Dr calling the shots.
The ice bath was for an overdose, not a fever. She really never recovered from that overdose at the Hardrock.
Taz was just a pawn in this whole scenario. I can bet Big Moe and Taz are at odds with each other over this mess.

Sinister, this has been my thought from the onset, methadone withdrawal has the same symptoms as the flu except a lot worse. If someone is taking all these antidepressants why in the world would you need chloral hydrate unless you are trying to sleep through detox. Drugs were shipped to Moe's and the plan was hatched to detox Anna at the Hardrock. I think after Daniel dying it was to risky to have drugs shipped in to the Bahamas so Indian land was the perfect place.

13944. I had brought up the resemblence of HK$/Bonnie/Dr.E before and considered they were brother/sister, but here is one connection I had not thought about. Wasn't Dr. E a playboy bunny at one time? Maybe she gave him up for adoption. The age is right.

While looking at Dr Eroshevich's photo, I see a striking resemblance between her and Howard K. Stern, do you? and Bonnie Stern.

When Howard K. Stern was on the witness stand saying he wasn't a doctor, would it have shocked anyone if he said "but my bio mother is?"

13945. My belief is that it was ALL FRAUD, as I've stated before. Smith/Stern/Shelley/Thompson were all trying to skirt the LAW for Anna Nicole to gain Permanent Residency, without the right to work in the Bahamas. There obviously was an agreement to repay Shelley for putting up the money for the transaction. Anna decided instead to purchase the "pink" house at Coral Harbour & planned to move out once renovations on the "pink" house were completed, remember the Tour on ET? The Stripper Pole etc.? Again, she was obviously 'doped' to the hilt in that episode as well. That taped evidence in itself is proof that she hadn't paid for "Horizon's", and had no intentions all to pay, but instead chose to move to another residence.

Furthermore, Anna Nicole's Residency Permit was a Permit to Reside in the Bahamas, period. She was not allowed to work in the Bahamas. What was going on here from September to February. Looks to me like ET and camera crews had taken up residence here filming her almost daily all drugged up. Did they all have Work Permits? Did Anna Nicole have a Work Permit? We do know she was paid for the c-section footage, the last pictures of Daniel alive, the fake commitment ceremony, and the ongoing "drugged up" diatribe coming out of "Horizon's" daily. What about the Work Permit issues, Wayne Munroe?

Now, if Wayne Munroe is going to play the "criminal" card, Anna Nicole also had a criminal record for DUI in Texas. Gaining residency in the Bahamas also requires a Financial Reference. Were the Bahamian officials aware she had already declared bankruptcy? Did she have the declared funds to pay for a $900,000 residence in the Bahamas & to carry a $1 M. mortgage in California. Were the officials aware taxes were owed on that residence? Were they aware all corporations were INACTIVE for non-payment of taxes?

So, as you see it's not all straightforward. Also, I have a feeling these "Wheeler-Dealers" are making DEALS in the background to this day! The "Wheeler-Dealers" being Stern/Birkhead/Shelley, G. Ben Thompson is just along for the ride.

Naturally, all of the above post is simply my opinion.

13946. Real JMO, thank you for reposting Bahaman Nana's very good opinions. I agree with her, and I think the wheeling and dealing continues to this day.

We know the Shelley/Thompson bunch may actually have funds to entice officials, but what about Stern?

I do not get why so much has happened for so little. Face it Anna was a celebrity, but she was on the "D" list as Kathy Griffin jokes. Sex alone could not get her everything, and now after death, how can Stern get anything from anyone? Could secret tapes of sex with ANS really buy Stern endless resident non-residency, control of a million dollar house, and no questions asked about blatant crimes such as importing methadone?

I really hope that Bahamian justice just moves slowly, rather than not at all.
