77. Howard did nothing except prolong this whole ordeal. He is still a rat and always will be a rat and so are his attorney's, they all knew Howard was not the father, but they kept lying about it. Because of the way Howard conducted himself, he became very unpopular to the majority of people. Once he was "overruled" and the biological father was named, what else could he do,but try to be "nice"?? Let's face it, he fought it as much as possible. He more than likely would have lost the battle anyway. I am sure that he looked it over really closely to see if he had any chance of getting the baby he has held hostage. I don't see why people are giving Howard any credit when he is the person who was behind this whole nightmare. He still wants money, money, money. I hope Larry doesn't die of an overdose while he is visiting the baby at Howard's. If I were Larry, I would get that baby out of there as fast as possible. If I were Larry I would stay completely away from Howard. Howard is a dangerous person to be around as far as drug are concerned, and you never know who might die next from a "accidental drug overdose." As for Vergie, I think she only wants to be the grandma and see the baby. I don't think she really cares as long as she can be a grandma to the baby. But how can she be guaranteed that as long as mean, rotten Howard is in the picture?? Vergie accused Howard of Daniel's and Anna's death, naturally he hates her. But if she didn't have something there, why would he hate her so much. She knows about Howard, because she was one of the people who Howard kept Anna away from. I do not believe that Anna really hated her mother. I believe that that tape, "the I hate my mother tape", was made for money and for Howards' sake, because he was guilty of something in Daniel's death. Remember Howard went on how he and Daniel were "just like brothers" crap?? Daniel hated Howard and wanted Howard investigated. I wish Howard would just go away completely. But you better believe that he will be fighting for the money no matter what. Trying to cut deals with Larry. The fact that he was trying to cut deals with Larry from the beginning, shows that he was only interested in the money as was supected. I hope he does not have control over the baby in any way. I think Howard should be FIRED COMPLETELY. He can write a book and make a few million on that and then to heck with him. Remeber that Howard said that he wants no money from the estate, etc., etc. in his testimony in court. If he fights over money wouldn't the tapes from the court hearing on Anna's place of buriel be evidence that he said he does not want anything.

80. I think this is being misunderstood by some of you. He says he won't share CUSTODY of her with anyone, but it also said he welcomed Virgie as the Grandma. Just because she won't get custody doesn't mean he's going to be so hardcore evil like Stern and enforce the 'won't touch my child' policy. I for one put no value in a statement made by an obviously drugged up woman making a scene on national TV. I do not believe Virgie is as bad as some of you make out. Like someone mentioned, she raised Daniel for 7 years and he was a good kid, never got in trouble until he was hanging out with his mom and HKS. She shouldn't have custody, or money, but Virgie should get visitation rights with her grandchild- yes even if ANS really did hate her that bad (which I doubt because I don't trust the Sterns or her own drugged words) Look at all the people in the world who let hated, even abusive ex spouses have visitation with their children because it's the right thing to do. It's the Sterns the baby needs to be kept away from, not Virgie.

81. No matter what, the baby has Vergie's blood through Anna, and Larry's blood, as the father. That is the baby's family. Vergie and her crew and Larry and his family. You cannot change that fact whether you like it or not. The child will grow up and want to know her mother's family and her father's family to understand who she is and where she came from. Larry cannot simply exclude Vergie because the bloggers on TMZ don't like her. That would be dumb and detrimental to the child. Vergie did raise Daniel till he was 6 or 7 and he only died of an overdose as his mother used to leave him alone all day with nothing to do while she was stoned out on drugs and sleeping the day away. Howard procured those drugs for her while Larry tried to curtail them, which is why she ran away from Larry to the Bahamas. That is where "uncle Howard" gained more control, however, he should not have ANY control now as he is reponsible for keeping the baby away from her real father for 7 months, and the reason why the baby doesn't know Larry. Howard should back off the kid and concentrate on the money factor which is his prime interest. Seeing as all of Anna's precriptions were in his name, he should soon be running out of his meds - no? unless he wasn't taking any himself and only getting them for Anna - ya think? Duh, in which case,hewould be culpable for her overdose. Danny only emulated his mother who was enabled. Howard should be out of the baby's life for good as he's not even related. He's only Executor of Anna's Will.

82. The only ones trying to spin are Virgie and her lawyers. You know the truth is we will all see Virgie for what she is when she cannot get her hands on the money peacefully. Why do you alll keep saying she was only a back up?? Well then her job is done. Her and Larry have agreed to let her have some visitation right?? Why not cut her lawyers lose then. Oquinn said IF all goes well on Thursday there should be no fight? What did he mean IF? NOT a HKS defender here just calling a snake a snake.

83. 11. HK$ is now about photo opps and sound bites in his team's effort to improve his public image on the eve of the INQUEST into Daniel's death - and in the face of a possible wrongful death Civil Suit by Virgie and perhaps Larry on behalf of Dannielynn.

When Stern hugged Larry (NOT vice versa), Larry looked SO uncomfortable! I HOPE he won't let Stern walk him down the Primrose Path and exploit him.

On Nancy Grace, John O'Quinn spilled the beans about the case in the Bahamas, which is a FRAUD action. He said that is on the agenda for FRIDAY.

Nancy Grace said, "I doubt that Birkhead can prove that Stern knew he was not the father." Well, I disagree and so does Kimberly Gulifoyle. Stern knew he was not the father! He knew that Anna first asked BEN THOMPSON to sign the birth certificate and it was ONLY after he refused that Stern was named. This is proved by emails that Anna wrote. - On Friday, the court is going to rule on the FRAUD aspect of the case. SURELY, Larry will prevail and HOWARD will have to PAY damages and attorney costs.

Ron Rale was on TV saying again that Larry is the one who wouldn't settle with Howard right after Anna died. RIGHT. They were hoping to lure Larry into signing his life away without the presence of an attorney.

REMEMBER FOLKS, Rale has a financial interest in this, too! He is named as the second executor of that idiotic will they drew up for Anna. - NO ONE wants Larry to be happier than RON RALE because he wants a piece of the action regarding the estate. - WHO in their right mind would let Stern and Rale handle anything after them signing off on the disastrous will?

And, hey, Big Moe coming out with a book -- He claims to have known her so well.... and he lied his ass off about Larry -- said Larry just sort of hung around Anna.... and he said Anna said "Moe Moe, the father is Howard." So who wants to read his book of lies?

85. Larry take your little Dannielynn from that little country with the slow judicial system that allows HKS to keep her from her real father. Keep all the freaks that poor Daniel was exposed to all his life away and give her a normal life. HK$ knew he was not the father. He gave Anna N. drugs while she was pregnant, he didn't care about Dannie in the womb. Bull on any transistion, the baby is only 7 months, as long as she is loved and has a loveing caregiver she will adjust very quickly. HK$ still wants control.

Rale and HK$ now have TMZ in their pockets. I expect Rale is feeding Harvey 'scoop' daily.....wouldn't doubt if Rale writes half the crap articles I see here more and more. What HK$ and Rale are afraid of is Virgie and O'Quinn. As they should be.

I'm STILL trying to wrap my mind around Larry visiting Dannielynn on Squatter Howie's terms where he's Trespassing. Pro Pinder said he was a Trespasser yesterday but you could see he thought even less of Stern. Trespassing is a crime. Hence anybody walking on the property or being HELD on the property (Dannielynn) is encouraging a Trespasser. Larry should make arrangements to see the baby AWAY from Horizons until the HK$ Trespasser leaves the property. Pro Pinder says Larry will be welcomed to move in for a certain period of time after the Trespasser has been removed. UNTIL then, Larry is a fool to step foot in Horizons. TMZ, stop supporting a criminal and his buddies - (Rale being only one that you're suddenly so chummy with.)

89. It's time for Howard to give Larry his daughter! He should move out of Horizons and let Larry's family love in. They are welcome to live there during the transition.
