Looks like a little TLC is just what the doctor ordered for one-half of America's favorite DUI twins, Nicole Richie.

With her relationship going strong, the petite paparazzi princess revealed a pair of healthier and meatier gams (which is a good thing!), while on a jaunt in Beverly Hills with boyfriend and Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco, Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden on Tuesday.

Perhaps Nicole has finally started living "The Simple Life."

47. #36 I agree and I think most are doing the illegal drug meth or prescribed amphetamines. Nicole is always wearing no sleeve clothes because what ever amphetamine was prescribed to her, it makes her hot. This is a common effect from amphetamine use; one is always hot, even on cold days. Look her boyfriend is wearing a jacket and she is sleeveless. Looks suspicious to me.

54. Nicole is a very exotic beauty with great bone structure, beautiful eyes and a unique sense of style. She needs to distance herself from Paris, drugs and lame friends . Her potential is so much greater than she gives herself credit for.
