35. Yes, where is the justice??? And it just proves once again, that if you're a celebrity and/or have money, then the rules are different for you than they are for every other regular run of the mill citizen! So now, Snoop will continue to do what he always does (maybe more) and get away with it. And he's probably with his "homeboyz" and laughing his head off!
