Uncle Larry Birkhead in the Swim

Yesterday was a day of celebration for the DNA victorious Larry Birkhead. Shortly after the news of Dannielynn's paternity was announced, Birkhead did some victory laps -- in a pool with his adorable niece and nephew.

While a huge weight has been lifted from Larry's shoulders, it looks like he'll still have heavyweight Virgie Arthur to contend with in a custody hearing.

It seems that Larry will be a swimmingly good dad, and Dannielynn will have some happy cousins to play with. *Sniff*

Since Lynn Wood is in the game , he doesn't stop bashing Virgie in every blog while he is trying his best to show what a great person is HKS

Whatever you do nothing is going to change about what we think , when a glass is broken into small pieces it is impossible to glue it back and fix it.

24. Up until Wood came on board for Howie, TMZ was doing a pretty good job reporting - actually very good. Wood has them (TMZ) so scared they don't even know what they are saying:

1. Virgie wold only challenge HOWIE for custody, &
2. That looks awfully like a pool to me too!

25. Oh my lord please dont Larry Birkhead and others get taken in by Stearn and his hypocritical crooked attorneys.
Rale stated last night he was surprised Stearn was not the father ,what a liar.Rale and all Stearns other attorneys need tocrawl back in there dirt holes where they belong.
Larry needs to sue Stearn for fraud.Stearn,his family and his attorneys are a bunch of low lifes.
Larry is such a nice genuine young man he does,nt deserve all this.

26. Anyone with half a brain knows Vergie will try to get custody regardless of what she says. Money talks and the rest walks. If the Bahamian courts have any decency they will kick her to the curb.

27. YET ANOTHER BIG, FAT LIE FROM TMZ

Virgie Arthur, speaking to a CNN producer last night, said she has NO INTENTION to fight for custody of Dannielynn now that she knows Larry Birkhead is the father.

She said she was prepared to mount a fight ONLY IF Larry was found not to be the father. Her goal, she said, was to keep her granddaughter away from Howard K. Stern.

TMZ's spin to trash Virgie at every turn is disgusting.

30. ok ppl Vigie said she does'nt want custody of the baby!!!!! I repeat Virgie said she will not be trying to get any kind of custody of that little baby!!!!! She said it we know even if she did it would'nt happy. All Virgie wants is some kind of relationship with the baby and with the newest Daddy most likely trying to score some cash....
