I agree. Not that I ever engage in male bashing, but even from amongst the numerous nice men I've known in my life, none were surrounded by the aura of goodness that follows Mr. Birkhead. If I *had* met someone of his calibre, I'd be married by now!

Yes, whoever becomes his wife is going to be a very lucky woman. I'm sure we'll all celebrate his happiness :-)

482. Can anyone tell me what it will take for LB to get possession of ANS's estate so that he can protect it for Danilynn? Or is HKS going to end up with everything?

Supposedly there is the pink house in the Bahamas & the yacht. Then there is the house in CA, all her clothes, jewelery, other personal possessions. How about all those pictures ANS painted for the nursery? Then whatever is hidden in offshore accounts and hidden corporations. It's all Danilynn's and the idea of HKS getting any of it makes me sick.

Then what about just personal items, keepsakes & mementos. How can they be secured for Dani when HKS may be thrown out of Horizons at any minute? And I believe Ford shelley has a lot of stuff he didn't turn in to the police.

Anybody know anything?

489. Unless Larry does something they call a nuisance payoff, that is to give Coward an agreed upon amount of money to fly into the night he will be dealing with Coward for a long time to come.

He might have to hire a forensic accountant to try and solve all financial mysteries...............corporations, accounts, property etc.

I heard the boat is now in the name of Shane Gibson's father. Calif. house and Hot Smoochie Lips have Tax Liens against them.

Anything in possesion of police they will get when they are no longer needed to prosecute someone.

A inventory of Anna's possesions should have been requested right after her death. I would hate to think that Bonnie has any of her jewelry.

It will probably be a while before everything gets ironed out and alot of that depends on how co-operative Coward is.

Some of the ground work has probably been put in place and Larry has to wait until he is granted custody on Fri.

Just an educated guess on my part.....Haven't any legal beagles posting tonight.

490. I think Ali Powers should marry HK$, now that he's available. She obviously loves him very much, and their ways of thinking seem very similar, so it would be an ideal match.

**True..the ORIGINAL will must be produced in order for it to be considered in probate. Even Judge Seidlin stated that. So Sterno and Rale are NOTHING. They ARE NOT executors. If it is not produced, then the court will decide who will be named executor. They still might since the will was stated to be moot even if produced.

**That is what everyone figured, but I still think it is the other way around. In my opinion, it was Sterno trying to get Larry to believe it was Anna he was emailing/IM-ing and Sterno was just keeping the fire stirring between Anna and Larry. You have to remember, it was Sterno who wanted Larry totally out of Anna's life.
