497. police...interesting theory...all we know for sure is he was jealous of Larry and I'm sure was worried about Larry taking Anna away from him. Why else would he continue to give her drugs when she was pregnant?

Something just hit me...I think Anna Nicole wanted a new will and Howard did not like what she wanted to do...ex. give custody to Larry if something happened to her...or change her executor say to Daniel when he was still alive...but somehow, somewhere along the line Anna wanted it changed...and ripped up the old one so there wouldn't be any will. Probably Howard stalled to do a new will, ever since Anna got pregnant....and when Howard did not produce one...she probably found out she could destroy the old one and it would be like not having one and would pass to her heirs....which she thought would be Daniel and Dannielynn. That was Howards Murder motive. AND Anna also could not go to another lawyer (except maybe rale, who didn't like it anymore than Stern...so they conspired) because she, while living, did not want anyone to know who the father was because she was afraid of losing custody and afraid her drug addiction would become know.

** Frannie, After reading your post, in my opinion, you may have something there. Daniel was not to have died. The drink laced with drugs was actually intended for Anna. Remember, who would be the Executor of Anna's estate and who would be the main beneficiary. The executor doles out the money. And since something happened to Daniel too early, that may be why Rale faxed the copy of the copy of the will so it could be amended BEFORE Anna's demise leaving everything to Dannilynn. However with Anna's weaken condition, things did not work out as planned. Evil thinking I know, but it is just MY OPINION.

What's wrong with that. I'm sure the Today show invited him to share is 'joy'
about being a dad. He's been very accommodating to the press, even though
he was under a gag order. Give him a break.

500. wmsaft...another interesting theory because the fax is another strange thing they seem to be lying about. Why would he have Anna's will at home? Wrong date on the fax machine? Never heard of that before.
Just thought of something...maybe he was going to pin her death on Daniel? But Daniel drank the cocktail instead.

Who is Dr. Walker? Hasn't there been speculation, they may have to exhume Daniel's body, they'll also exhume Anna's to determine if specific drugs were found in both bodies or am I confused?

506. Mee.............You are accurate on all three reports. I don't see the baby leaving on Friday but I wish it was true. If the baby leaves it has to be with blessings of the Bahamian Court.
By accurate I mean I heard the EXACT same three reports.......not saying if any are true.

I do believe too, that Vergie & Larry will work something out.

I heard on CourTV, I believe, the birth certificate would be changed on Friday. I understand the US Gov't requires all people traveling into the US by air, to have a passport. Maybe under the circumstances, they'd allow him to bring her home with only a birth certificate, since he hasn't had time to get her a passport. If not I'd hope they'd put a 'rush' on the passport.
She is a US citizen!!

** A couple of nights ago, the fax was brought up. I donot know how many people were trying out their fax machines (old paper reel types and new single sheet types) that night and we all came to same conclusion. When plugged into a phone line, the date and time is automatically set. We so proved Rale/Barf were lying about when it, the copy Rale had of the will, was sent to Sterno. I too believe that Anna had ripped up that will in one of her stupors, that is how come no one has yet produced it.

509. Question...
Larry found out yesterday he was the father. Why then is it taking so long to go and file for a amended birth certificate? He has the proof in hand. Why did he not go today and do it, then go to the US Embassy and file Dannilynn as a US Citizen? Once done, there is NO WAY any court could tell him who will have custody of his daughter. Am I correct???
