Something just hit me...I think Anna Nicole wanted a new will and Howard did not like what she wanted to do...ex. give custody to Larry if something happened to her...or change her executor say to Daniel when he was still alive...but somehow, somewhere along the line Anna wanted it changed...and ripped up the old one so there wouldn't be any will.

The original will was poorly written. Judge Larry in FL, implied it wasn't worth the paper it was written on, if it was her will. As other's have mentioned here, there's still no valid copy of a will.

514. Question...
Larry found out yesterday he was the father. Why then is it taking so long to go and file for a amended birth certificate? He has the proof in hand. Why did he not go today and do it, then go to the US Embassy and file Dannilynn as a US Citizen? Once done, there is NO WAY any court could tell him who will have custody of his daughter. Am I correct???

I believe the 'guardian' issue has to be resolved, before he can gets custody. They did say on CourTV, this would be part of the hearing on Friday. HIs attorney said the birth certificate would be issued on Friday, too.
Vergie got the court order, many months ago, that stopped the baby from leaving the Bahamas.

** You are sooo correct. Judge Seidlin stated that if he had to probate Anna's Estate, that piece of paper would not even be allowed. He stated he would need the original which was notarized. Legally. Even then he would have to reconsider the validity of it.

523. I am NOT a Stern fan either....but I am concerned that he might do something drastic..Think about it ....comment l. Over his dead body would virgie ever get custody of dannielynn..comment 2. He said Anna was his life and that when his work was finished he would join them (referring to Anna and Daniel) eulogy...and comment 3. most recently...that he was not going to leave the Bahamas....he was not going to leave Anna and Daniel alone.

These are 3 comments we heard along the way....I am sure there are others....

Senario 1....Stern really did kill them but thought he could get away with it...now everything is caving in. (not good for stern...he would want to become part of the legacy and be buried with them) If he did murder them...I think he planned on Daniel then he could have Anna and the baby to himself...Daniel was creating a threat to Howards role in Anna's life therefore a threat to him....but it didn't go right. Anna fell apart totally....and was becoming a threat to him as well...or on to him...so she had to go to. He was not expecting that Ford would gain access to all the damaging evidence....without it we might all think she overdosed because of her son....and know nothing of his role in all of it...except to tragic coincidence.

Senario 2. He didn't kill them....and yet lost his entire life, livelihood, fantasy family, fantasy fame and fantasy fortune....He could be suicidal and want to go out in a blaze of glory....and join the woman he was never able to have.

That's just my opinions and I am concerned he could be dangerous.

**Anna's Estate attorneys and any place Anna had an account. Yes, if someone else was listed on the accounts and spent money from those accounts, that person would have to account for every single penny spent. Those expenses have to be in relation to bills Anna owed at the time of her death and nothing else. My friend who is a CPA told me that.
