That is just another stall tactic by the Bahamian Government waiting to issue a birth certificate on Friday. Think about it. He has the paper stating he is the father. Why should he be stopped to go and file a amended birth certificate? Nothing in their laws state he has to wait. They know that once he did, there would be no stopping him by going to the US Embassy and filing the papers and take his baby and leave. They would have no legal right then to rule if he is the best fitted to have custody.

Yes, they do, to things differently in the Bahamas. His attorney said the birth certificate would be changed, right after it was determined he was the
'daddy'. I've heard it explained several times, on TV, paternity doesn't
mean you're the guardian, in all cases. That's why it's being discussed in the hearing on Friday.

Is the eviction hearing tomorrow of or is that inquest? Has anyone been
able to keep track? LOL
