586. Soon Danielynn will be able to play with her dad and her cousins. That can't come soon enough! Larry is a good guy and I am so very happy that Danielynn will be with him and also Larry's family. I can't wait to see Danielynn go home to California.

Sorry, no sympathy for Stern. He could have done the "right" thing several months ago.
He was a willing participant to the fraud, the prescriptions that were filled in his name for Anna, etc. He purposfully kept this beautiful baby from her biological father. He made deals with ET (no matter who benefited) and used this child.
His delay tactics in the courts were unexcusable.
The "it 's what Anna wanted" is a lame excuse for his actions.

590. I have just allowed myself the luxury of coming up with an answer to a gnawing question and the answer stinks.

When in the Florida courtroom, Debra Opri asked HKS to identify a piece of paper she showed him. Howard gasped slightly and identified it as one of the missing documents that were stolen, and it was a check made out to a maid. How did Birkhead manage to obtain a document that was stolen during Ford Shelley's treasure hunt at the Horizons after Anna's death?

591. Anna wanted Larry out of her life for the same reason she wanted her mother out. She did not want to be "nagged" about her drug use. Parents try to protect their kids and her mother's constant concern about the drugs and later about her concern/complaint of HKS having a negative affect on her was evidentally the same reason she dumped Larry when he increased his requests for her to stop taking drugs when she was several months later. She didn't want to hear it from either of them so that should explain to us that HKS didn't want to be dumped either so best to keep his mouth shut and let her do what she wanted and, in fact, help her?

Sorry you're so unhappy that you have spread it around on this blog. You cannot look at that video of Larry and his family and say that she would be better off with Howard--or anyone else for that matter. That is her biological family and they obviously already love her more than words could say. I am so happy that she will finally know them and start a new and wonderful life with her real daddy. ** A couple of nights ago, the fax was brought up. I donot know how many people were trying out their fax machines (old paper reel types and new single sheet types) that night and we all came to same conclusion. When plugged into a phone line, the date and time is automatically set. We so proved Rale/Barf were lying about when it, the copy Rale had of the will, was sent to Sterno. I too believe that Anna had ripped up that will in one of her stupors, that is how come no one has yet produced it.

First let me make it perfectly clear that I am NOT a Rale or Barf fan by ANY MEANS, but I really have been trying to base my opinions on the facts as I see them and interpret them and through all the actions that have been taken with regard to all the players in this. I have a fax machine at home, a Brother Intellifax, which is about 6 years old. I just looked at the date and time on it and it says 4/04; 16:52, today is 4/12; 11:21 am where I live. I pulled something out of the file that I faxed someone on 4/10 and my verification report says 4/02! The only explanation that I can see for such a discrepancy with my fax machine is that we only plug the phone line into it when we need to use it otherwise the phone line is plugged into a reg phone. Right now the phone line is still plugged into the machine (forgot to hook it back up to the phone,lol), hence faxed 2 days ago, phone line still plugged in for 2 days so now it reads 4/04. Since the fax machine itself is ALWAYS plugged in, I don't know why the date and time doesn't stay current and I NEVER noticed it until now! I am going to unplug the phone line from the machine and hook it back up to a reg phone and see what happens with regard to the date and time on the fax machine.

On a side note: I'm still not sure I buy Rale's excuse. If this was a fax machine that he had in his house in an office I would tend to think that it would ALWAYS be plugged in and ALWAYS have a phone line connected to it.

Definitely INCORRECT. He was asked about being the executor of the will and any fees that come along with being the executor and he said he would waive any executor fees he would be entitled to.

He certainly DID NOT say he would waive anything else.

Do you think he stuck around for over a decade for her to pay his living expences and buy his shoes only?

Of course not. He came into her life as an attorney in the Marshall lawsuits and has been under contract ever since to receive a percentage (6%, I believe) of whatever the settlement ends up being.

Former Nannies For Smith’s Baby Consider Lawsuit

Two former nannies who reportedly worked in the Eastern Road home where the late American celebrity Anna Nicole Smith lived are considering suing a popular Internet site for publishing an un-filed affidavit bearing their names.
Nadine Alexie, 37, and Quethlie Alexis, 33, said they fear for their lives because misinformation was printed in the affidavit and was circulated on the worldwide web.

The women’s attorney said although no suit has been filed against TMZ.Com, nothing is impossible at this point.

The former nannies were at Comfort Suites Resort on Paradise Island Wednesday to give "Controversy TV" an interview on what they claimed transpired in the home during their employment there.

The women told reporters they agreed to grant the interview so that the truth may be told and justice could prevail.

They also expressed interest in the health of Dannielynn, Ms. Smith’s seven-month old daughter.

The women are also scheduled to appear as witnesses in the coroner’s inquest into Daniel’s death.

The local media were allowed to sit in on the interview, but all foreign reporters were asked to leave.

Ms. Alexis claimed she was hired on September 4 and was employed at Ms. Smith’s residence up until November 29. Mrs. Alexie claimed she was hired from September 17 and was there until December 14.

Ms. Alexis claimed Ms. Smith terminated her over a broken part in the washing machine, and Mrs. Alexie claimed Howard Stern, Ms. Smith’s companion, terminated her after she made inquiries to a medical doctor about the prescription drugs Ms. Smith was taking.

During the interview Wednesday, both women expressed relief that photographer Larry Birkhead had been named Dannielynn’s father as they claimed that the safety of the baby girl was in jeopardy.

The women said they were not surprised that Mr. Birkhead was the father because Ms. Smith had told them that the father was her boyfriend in the United States and not Mr. Stern.

Ms. Alexis said she was often concerned about the baby’s health because Ms. Smith instructed her to underfeed the baby so that she could grow up to be a slim, sexy movie star.

"I used to hide food for the baby because Anna wanted us to give the baby only one and a half once of milk and the doctor instructed us to give her more food. So when Anna made the bottle with soy milk I would throw it out and make a proper bottle," Ms. Alexis said.

The former nannies also claimed that Dannielynn suffered from colic, but was given an overdose of medication to keep her from crying.

"When I arrived at the house one day Dannielynn was sleeping and this was from 10am to around 2pm…so I became very concerned because she did not wake up for a feeding," Mrs. Alexie said.

She said she was worried because she knew this was a result of Dannielynn being given too much medication.

The women also alleged that Ms. Smith’s relationship with Mr. Stern was not how in appeared in front of cameras.

They said Ms. Smith blamed Mr. Stern for her son’s death.

The women said they believe Mr. Birkhead will protect the baby’s best interest, but they said they hope that the child’s maternal grandmother, Virgie Arthur, is allowed to play a role in the child’s life.

600. #590-Thanks for the link-Ana was very ill around the time of the committment cermony and grief stricken. I think many times Ana did "call the shots" but she was clearly too ill to make any decisions at the time of the committment cermony. I think her ex-lawyer knew it and could not represent her.
