Access Hollywood Larry Birkhead To Meet With Anna's Mother Virgie Over Custody
NASSAU, Bahamas (April 12, 2007) -- Larry Birkhead will meet with Anna Nicole Smith's mother tonight to discuss custody issues over his daughter with the late model, Access Hollywood can exclusively reveal.

Birkhead confirmed to Access' own Tony Potts earlier this morning he planned to speak with Virgie Arthur within a matter of hours.

"I suggested to Larry after Virgie's attorney's post-DNA comments Tuesday at the courthouse that maybe the best thing is to get he and Virgie alone in a room together here on the island, forget the lawyers and just work it out," Potts said. "Hopefully that is what will happen tonight."

Currently, Smith's longtime companion Howard K. Stern has custody of the seven month old Dannielynn.

Birkhead, an LA based photographer told Potts the transfer of custody is expected to happen sooner than the month long period that has been reported. Birkhead hinted, the child may return to Los Angeles with him instead of residing for a brief period with him in a makeshift Bahamas household.

Birkhead confirmed he has seen his daughter since it was announced DNA results proved he was the father.

Previously unconfirmed reports surfaced that a former associate of Smith's told police the former model ordered her to underfeed Dannielynn to keep her "sexier." Birkhead revealed to Access however, the child has gained weight recently.

The photographer said he is not concerned about Dannielynn's health, but he has a pediatrician lined up in California for the child if any medical situations arise.

In related news, Birkhead may be taking a page from Angelina Jolie's press book. In order to quash a paparazzi battle for the first photograph of Birkhead and his baby, he is considering putting a picture out there himself.

Any money made would go into a trust for the child, Birkhead added.

GH...I believe he didnt admit to fathering the daughter he had and he refused to take a dna test so the daughter he may have had isnt bonified or legally listed as his daughter...However, the Mother of the daughter thinks lary is the father...We need to get her name but I dont really care..What will be will be and Im not reading this junk any more..I did like Anna Nicolle for many reasons but shes gone now..Best wishes to YOU

Larry with attorney, Vergie with Bahama attorney plus Mr. O'Quinn & Howard with attorney to discuss custody that will be dealt with int he court tomorrow. I'm glad to see Mr. O'Quinn there. I don't know why Howard has to be there,
this has nothing to do with him now, unless he's going to leave the Horizon's tomorrow. That's what he should do, if not today. Mrs Gibson is with the baby.

Larry Birkhead's name has been in the public eye since May 2006 and nobody has come up with anything negative regarding him. The worst thing Ms. Arthur's team (one who employs a former FBI agent who has performed investigations) could only come up with a comment that he is only a "sperm donor" or a "one night stand" which paternity has proven to be a lie and, further, a long-term embarrassment on behalf of Ms. Arthur as the grandmother since he will, ultimately, have full custody of this child and she will be required to go through him (a gentleman Father) for any visitation with her grandchild.

Stop spreading ridiculous lies about Larry Birkhead....

If there is a woman in Kentucky spreading a lie about him, she will legally be dealt with by one of his attorneys (so she'd best go into hiding right now)! This is like the guy in Arizona who fabricated that stupid story regarding Anna Nicole having an abandoned half-Indian child. There are far too many sick people out there attempting to interject their pathetic names in the Anna Nicole story after her death, i.e. Fake Prince von Anhalt, Alexander Denk, infamous prisoner Mark Hatten, et al.
