From what we now know about Howard K. Stern - can anyone be surprised by anything concerning this man!!! I can only imagine just how unethical he truly is!! All of us are involved with the case surrounding paternity, and inquest of Daniel - can u imagine what it must have been like for the Marshall family to have to deal with both Anna Nicole and Howard K. Stern - they must have been a living nightmare for the family!!!

I am sure Larry will be there as much as he can be. But it has be uncomfortable with Howard there.

Remember the story when Larry felt sorry for Howard in the hospital room when they were putting their names in the baby book? Larry had Anna invite him to put his name in as Uncle Howie.

It really appears that Larry is a softy and doesn't have a a lot of maliciousness.

My guess is Howard knows this and maybe trying to befriend Larry or engage him into discussions on the business, etc. while Larry is at the house. Hopefully, Larry is wise enough after all that has transpired.

Access Hollywood Larry Birkhead To Meet With Anna's Mother Virgie Over Custody
NASSAU, Bahamas (April 12, 2007) -- Larry Birkhead will meet with Anna Nicole Smith's mother tonight to discuss custody issues over his daughter with the late model, Access Hollywood can exclusively reveal.

Birkhead confirmed to Access' own Tony Potts earlier this morning he planned to speak with Virgie Arthur within a matter of hours.

"I suggested to Larry after Virgie's attorney's post-DNA comments Tuesday at the courthouse that maybe the best thing is to get he and Virgie alone in a room together here on the island, forget the lawyers and just work it out," Potts said. "Hopefully that is what will happen tonight."

Currently, Smith's longtime companion Howard K. Stern has custody of the seven month old Dannielynn.

Birkhead, an LA based photographer told Potts the transfer of custody is expected to happen sooner than the month long period that has been reported. Birkhead hinted, the child may return to Los Angeles with him instead of residing for a brief period with him in a makeshift Bahamas household.

Birkhead confirmed he has seen his daughter since it was announced DNA results proved he was the father.

Previously unconfirmed reports surfaced that a former associate of Smith's told police the former model ordered her to underfeed Dannielynn to keep her "sexier." Birkhead revealed to Access however, the child has gained weight recently.

The photographer said he is not concerned about Dannielynn's health, but he has a pediatrician lined up in California for the child if any medical situations arise.

In related news, Birkhead may be taking a page from Angelina Jolie's press book. In order to quash a paparazzi battle for the first photograph of Birkhead and his baby, he is considering putting a picture out there himself.

Any money made would go into a trust for the child, Birkhead added.

Excellent news!!! I watched CNN Showbiz last night and AJ Hammer had some really nifty cool advice which he suggested to Tony Potts who appeared to have passed it along to Larry Birkhead about doing the photos himself and then sending them out to an agency he uses like Splash and sell them privately then using the money to set up a trust for the baby!!!

I agree whole heartedly that he does not need a 30 day transition period, Dannie-Lynn should go to her daddy immediately!!!

667. This is so annoying to learn that the Inquest has been delayed until May 22!!! I hope all the witnesses are taking notes of everything that they need to remember to testify!!!

Why does this bafoon have so much say on the coming and goings' from the paternity, custody, the house in Horizons!! When is this ever going to stop?? Maybe its an advantage of being a "lawyer" if you are a "witness/defendant" in this case!!! And I mean defendant in a facetious way since we don't know if he is one but he sure is behaving like a one if not a BIG FAT ASS!!!!

I've been out all day and just returned really late so I've got quite a bit to catch up with later for Greta and Nancy!!!! Maybe there is something new to be heard or at the very least helpful!!!

You're right, every little bit helps. He'd need her SS#, lets hope can get that without any problems. Also let's hope she kept her SS payments current. Since she was self employed, she'd be responsible for payiing them herself.
The more years she'd paid, the more the baby is entitled too.

669. It is just my opinion, but I think the Bahamian courts just want to put this off until after their elections are over.

I looked it up, and their elections are sceduled for May 2. They are probably afraid any decision they make on the
inquest could sway the election results.

I know from my mother-in-law's estate, there's income taxes to file for 2006. I guess if they will hasn't been probated, if there is a will, there's isn't an executor to do this, is there? Just wondering. Maybe someone with legal or accounting experience can let us know how this will be dealt with.

Thankfully it won't be anything Larry has to do.

Based on a posting on one comment about Anna here, it was mentioned that Howard was going to give Larry Anna's house, in exchange for the right to be an executor, or something like this. I hope Larry stays away, he doesn't need what head aches that mess will bring, since it's public record the property taxes are in arrears. Also what right does Howard have to do this, when the estate is not probated. That's going to be a real challenge, I'd expect?

So maybe Mr. Stern will get his Residency and Stays in the Bahamas. Don't worry he has money he has Paraoumt behind him. ET and Dr. Phils provider.and there is always Trimspa Baby. working hard to scrub the name clean. Isn't Larry something. I think of him as a Loin with a very good heart. Fierce and fighting for his Baby. Cost him a Million and probably more but he still fights.

This was mentioned by Pro Pinder on Greta's show last night. This could all be finalized at the custody hearing today at 2:30pm. As you said the owner of the house, said weeks ago that Larry, if he was the father, would be welcome to stay there. A couple of visits with Howard, but I don't think he should continue to come around. Maybe he should gradually take more of the responsibility of taking care of the baby and not have nannies there 24/7. The baby needs to get used to him & his voice.

I agree with other posters, they don't need a month transition. As soon has he can get her passport he should leave. He's probably lined up childcare
for her.

Let's hope the hearing this afternoon goes smoothly. Howard & attorney's are going to be there, but I wonder why.

Larry we would not at all be up set with you if you were to sell pictures of you and Danielynn at HOME. You Desere the money to help provide for Dannielynn. I think most of all of your time for the next two years should be devoted on Dannielynn.

After all these months of being envolved with your battle for you daughter we have grown to care for you and your family and Virgie's family too. It would warm our hearts tosee a family album of both families. Yes, I would love to see a picture of graandma holding her precious granddaughter.

I know there is people out there that ,knows Larry, that will pass my remarks on to Larry. I know you will do justice with all the pictures. ET is the one whom likes to exploit. But, Larry after that keep Dannielynn away from the media in every way. Protect her and trust no one except your family.
