79. Larry should have requested that Howard be out of the house and gone somewhere during his visitations with the baby. Howard being there... geez, I would hate that. I would ask him to please let me have private time with my family and my baby daughter... THEN, people would not be so suspicious of Howard and his motives. As it stands right now... Howard seems to be controlling everything as usual... and Larry has fallen right into the trap... Sad.

AND, it should not take 30 days for transition of this baby. It shouldn't take a week. She is ONLY 7 months old... and for crying out loud, she's had Nannies taking care of her for 24/7... how much actual caring for her did Stern do? Last night I read a article that said Howard "showed Larry how to feed her applesauce..." Come on people!!! Don't you think that Larry's sister, or sister in law, who were there with him could have shown him how to feed that baby applesauce, without Howard's demonstration??? Is Howard going to be right in the middle of it all from now on???

The faster Howard is evicted from that Horizons house, the better all the way around... How about day after tomorrow!!! Geez... get on with it.

83. Larry IS the next of kin. He will not have a custody fight with Virgie. Just as if the father had died and the biological mother had custody. That is nonsense and no court of law will uphold that.

I like Larry. He has been INSISTING that was his child since the beginning, he is authentic, and everybody keeps talking about the $$$ that she will inherit. That man wants his child, period. Initially he wasn't even trying to get custody, he just wanted a DNA test, and then everything just imploded when she died.

I'm so glad that he is the father.

84. Tambo: You don't have a clue what is going on and have made ridiculous statements. Larry Birkhead has no claim at all regarding ANS's will. She appointed HKS strictly as executor..he is also not an heir to her will. Everything will go to Dannielynn when she becomes of age..and Howard Stern will be entitled to the 2 - 5% executor fee..unless he chooses to waive that fee. After providing ANS with over 10 years of FREE legal services I would suggest he invoice her estate to collect some of the fees he is entitled to. That woman was in and out of court with numerous claims and she insisted on being his only client. He gave up his law practice to represent her and lost a fortune because of it. I am sure with his new attorneys he will be able to recoup some of the fees he is entitled to. Anyone who thinks lawyers should provide free services for basically room and board are naive. While Anna was alive he had a relationship with her and loved her. There is no need for him to walk away without being compensated for his time...and suffering!!! (She was a nut case to say the least!!!)

86. Yesterday was a day of celebration for the DNA victorious Larry Birkhead. Shortly after the news of Dannielynn's paternity was announced, Birkhead did some victory laps -- in a pool with his adorable niece and nephew.
