Diaries of a Madwoman -- Stolen?

Anna Nicole SmithNew allegations of cheating and thievery in the Anna Nicole saga. Lin Wood, the high-powered bull-dog attorney of Howard K. Stern has sent a notice to Heritage Auctions, Inc. over two of Anna Nicole's diaries listed as available on the site. Wood claims that the diaries were stolen and that the company, and the auction sponsor, Clips4Sale.com, are not legally entitled to hawk the items.

"Make no mistake: these items were stolen from Ms. Smith by one or more thieves," claims Wood's letter. "Ms. Smith's Estate intends to vigorously pursue the return of the diaries, will take whatever means necessary to secure their return, and will hold to account those persons and entities that have profited through their reprehensible acts at the expense of the Estate."

TMZ spoke with Thomas Riccio, the man claiming to be the original owner of the diaries, who denies Wood's claims, saying that "the facts he mentions in the letter are FALSE -- these diaries are NOT stolen, (They were obtained BEFORE her death) -- he is just trying to steal more money in the name of Anna Nicole." The diaries are handwritten journals from 1992 and 1994, and both auctions start at a whopping $26,000.

1158. It is such a shame that Anna's diaries were stolen, sold and put on the web. Those are and were Anna Nicole's private thoughts and hers only. Shame on those who stole them. I hope HKS goes after those who took Anna's and Howard K. Stern's private property. It is so sad what was done with her private thoughts for all to see and read. This should never have happened. Everything that was stolen should be given back to HKS. If not, then the theives should definitely go to jail. What if that was your house and someone stole all your private belongings?!?

Thieves should go to jail is right and that would be HKS because he stole Anna's life and her son's so lets not be calling anyone a thief but Sterns.. there was nothing private about this woman for she spread her legs to any man whom her and Howard thought they could get money from .. they set them up and either had a lawsuit against them for something or probably blackmail ,like she tried with the owner of the horizons ..they were both spineless ,gutless son of a bitches for what they did all the time . Finally the drug pusher killed the junkie..

He will get his in the end ,when his ass is in jail for contributing to the death of Anna Nicole smith and possibly her son and you know I don't think a felony ever goes off the record so when Dannielynn is old enough she can put his dirty ass in court and have him put away for killing her mother and maybe her brother . Seems like Big Moe's timeline and his story does not Jive.

Kris the Medical Doctor was there in the room, but instead they used Moe's Grandmother's Home Remedy method to help Anna. Moe said Kris the Doctor was there as a friend, so I guess she couldn't use her Medical Expertise and being a Medical Doctor she didn't feel it was her duty to see that Anna was Hospitalized with the 105 degree fever and leaves the day before Anna died.

Moe didn't charge Anna since Daniel died, so what did he live on and who paid his Hotel and Meals?

Tues February 6, Moe stated Anna was a lot better and ate and Watched movies, so she was getting better.

Two days later, February 8, what time did HKS wake up? Anna could have been dead around 9;00/am according to Dr. Perper and Moe stated he talked to Anna after he woke up around 9;30/10:00/am. He said she was moving around a little and then he started talking about her daily routine changing the subject. They planned to get the New Boat HKS was out buying and drive it back to the Bahamas and Moe is still doing all this Free of Charge?

He stated he put Anna to bed, wouldn't Anna already be in bed with a 105 degree fever?

He said his wife stayed with Anna while he did chores and then he called his wife to see how Anna was and he wife said she's sleeping. Then...5 minutes later Moe's wife calls back Frantic stating Anna's not breathing and she's trying to do CPR. So she must have just started the CPR a minute or two after she hung Up with Moe? His wife who is a Nurse tells Moe to call 911 from his cell phone when she is in the Hotel, strangest thing I ever heard. So Moe called HKS first, who would do that in a Life & Death Emergency?

Then he rushed back to the Hotel which at the minimum had to take 15 minutes and found his wife still giving CPR and then he PULLED THE COVERS AWAY AND SAW Anna's BEAUTIFUL LIPS, but his wife was giving CPR he said and was on Top of Anna, so were the Covers over Anna's face? Then Moe starts giving her CPR.

I may be wrong, but I could Swear I heard HKS woke up also around 9:00/am
