As far as d and H being friends-yeah, sure they are. Being neighbors doesn't make you frineds. Just because H and D locked lips on Spin City doesn't mean they were friends.

And to the comment about D breaking up Richie and H-gee that's amazing since:
1. Richie and the band were touring at the time the BBB filed for divorce-yeah real classy H
2. Richie and D started "dating" in April- a full 2 months after she filed-far as i'm concerned it's H's loss.

37. I will admit, I have always been a Heather Locklear fan. She was the "American Beauty" in my eyes during the 80's and 90's. And I was delighted when she found "love" with Richie and the two of them got married after her break up with Tommy Lee. Remember when this happened? Bon Jovi was at a "stand still" career wise and Heather was still going strong on Melrose Place.... and there was a pre-nup so Heather could try to protect her assets since she was the "bread winner" at the time.

As years went by, Bon Jovi became popular once again.... and Heather's career began to sag. Amazing how tables turn, eh? Heather is now struggling with her looks (which appears to be "plastic" nowadays) and keeping her career alive. Richie became the "bread winner" of the household.

Then comes the friendship of Denise Richards. Heather turned to her when she found Richie's emails where some woman was sharing pictures. What was Heather doing in Richie's emails to begin with? Snooping for dirt? Well, I guess she found it, didn't she? And Denise was soooooooo very quick to jump on the band wagon by telling Heather that she should drop Richie's butt faster than a hot potato. Only to "console" him about how "mean and nasty" Heather was to file for divorce, which Richie had to find out about from a reporter.

And during the divorce proceedings Heather was asking that the pre-nup that was signed when she was popular and Richie wasn't not be honored so she could get support for herself besides that of her daughter. Hmmmmm. She signed the pre-nup in order to protect herself and her assets against a at the time struggling husband....but now that it's the other way around, she demands money. What does that say about a person?

No. It takes two people to make a marriage and two people to end it. Yes, she found the emails and such while snooping in Richie's Inbox. But wouldn't it have been nice if she actually told Richie that she was filing for divorce so he didn't find out about it thru the media like he did? Again, neither party are saints. Both did things to each other that were in the wrong.

Neither one of these two people are saints, by any means. Both ruined their marriage, even if it was simply through no open communication with the other. There are more facts to all this that we (the public) are not aware of and will never be aware of. I just hope in the end that both people are able to find happiness, but are able to remain civil together due to the fact they still have a bond with each other....... their daughter, Ava.

39. Richiefan...Anybody that doesn't think Richie has gotten fat needs glasses. He's gained a ton of weight since last year even. Go to goggle and read some blogs at some of the names Richie was called since he went on vacation with Denise in January in Hawaii and was wearing those trunks with his big fat gut hanging over the waist.

I saw the AI and she did not abuse Ava. That is just so silly.

Richie was NOT out of the country when Heather filed and in fact gave their separation date on HIS papers as being Dec 26, 2005. He HAD to know something was wrong because he said on a legal document they were already separated.

Richie is not the saint you wish he were. Probably a nice guy but certainly flawed. And sorry but one doesn't get fat a full year after breaking his arm unless he's just eating too much. That's not those pain pills; that was LAST year. He's FAT this year.

You misjudge me. I am a BJ fan or was; not so much anymore. I use to like Richie, I thought he was a good guy, had the good marriage, sweet little daughter.

All this crap with Denise though has just made him seem desperate and cheap. One doesn't usually bounce back with one of your wife's friends. Word is Denise encouraged Heather to file for divorce. Now why would that be? Could it be she was carrying on with Richie and wanted him to be free of his marriage? Yea just maybe that's it!

41. I think it's very understandable that he put on all that weight. It's pretty likely he was depressed - he's going through a divorce, then he breaks his arm, and he was taking something for that so he could play every night. Then he gets the news his Dad is dying, all within like 6 months. Give the poor guy a break, he's had 1 of the worst years of his life, and the whole world's watching while he goes through it all.

How do you sneak behind your BBF's back and get busy with her man, the father of her only child? Denise wasn't even cool with hers, there wasn't even a grace period, just out of mutual respect , Tramperella just showed up on a beach half naked with the beer bellied Richie. All I can say is: For Heather, girl, just say good riddence to bad rubbish and move on, you're caviar on toast tips but Richie would rather dine on "pig!" Don't fall down to his level, it's obvious that he was never up to yours. For Denise, Heather should have walked up to you and slapped you so hard that she left the impression of all five of her fingers etched across your two faces. 44. Richiefan...saw Richie on the CMT Awards and if he looks great well then you and I just disagree. He still had on clothes about 5 sizes too big so who the hell can tell? Looked like he had about 5 chins to me.

Too bad about his father.

Don't understand how anybody can approve of what he and Denise did. He started sleeping with and continues to sleep with a woman that was good friends with his wife. That's about as low as one husband's can go. Ruined his good name and well Denise never had a good name to ruin because she's always been trash. I can't imagine how embarrassing your small daughter must have been over "Auntie" Denise taking over as your main squeeze.

Actually I kind of hope they do marry because she'll drag him right thru the mud when she's done with him and it'll be interesting to finally read in legal documents that he's a raging alcoholic. Kind of explains why in most interviews Richie can't complete a whole sentence.

Read some of the British blogs when they were on tour last year. Reporters were saying Richie was knocking the booze down big time!
