76. Imus says out loud what most of us think. Someone in the media needs to call Jesse Jackson 's attention to skeltons in his closet. Or maybe he should
go take care of his kids outside his marriage that you don't ever hear mentioned. He is always in front of the cameras for his two cents when it involves a black and white problem issues. Everybody knows Al Sharpton is a nut and works the media the same as Jackson. You would think the talk shows would not give them the time of day. But, that is for ratings only.

77. Don Imus has more class than any of the ones who wanted him fired. He apologized and for what no one has accepted his apology. At least he said Iam sorry. None of these so call righteous people has once said we accept your apology. I hope the team will forgive him that is really all that matters anyway. Please teach your children to forgive doesnt mean you forget it but it is decent and shows character and how you were raised.

81. how strange...don imus a rcovering alcoholic and doper...who is probably legally not responsible for any of his actions...is tarred and feathered ridden out of town on a rail...while the 3 duke lacrosse players...screamed out much worse epithets at the two black strippers will be let back into duke with open arms.there is probably a law in the duke rules requiring , sanctions or suspension for making the comments the 3 duke lacrosse players screamed out at the black strippers and for drinking underaged.a like occurence happened with the dutch raper in aruba who was the last person to see the hollaway teen.even though he is still under investigation for her demise..he too was let back into school. gee it must be nice to be a member of the privilged class and never have to answer for your crimes.

82. I have not commented for a couple of days,I wanted to see the postings and make a fair opinion before I went off. What Don Imus did was very hurtful to the African American community and to all women in general .When this story was released in the media, I posted that this was RACIST and SEXIST. He has since apologized and been removed from his show. Now everyone is saying its alright now and he received his punishment, OH NO its not alright, theres no forgiveness for this Brokeback Throwback "cracker" from the 60's who disparages African Americans. To the rest of you RACIST posting on this story you can go back in your caves and compounds dragging your knuckles and clubs like prehistorics from the stone age where you came from 2000 years ago.
