In her latest attempt to elude paparazzi, Kate Moss decided to concoct a disguise; that of a drawn, extremely large-foreheaded transmogrification of Mick Jagger -- into something resembling a supermodel.

The elastic-looking former cover girl was snapped near her London home -- and, evidently, her ruse didn't work.

Perhaps it was that insect-ish thing hanging from her neck ... a dead giveaway.

18. wowwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!! what the hell happened? she needs some food, is she on drugs? this is not pretty at all, when did things go wronge for her? is she sick? she looks sick. if this is pretty, i will be ugly, not something i want to be, or for my daughter. good luck kate, eat something

20. Dear God she's using again. No one can convince us she can stay that thin and not be snorting the drugs once again. So much for rehab.
